A plumber with expeiriance and knowledge

When i first got a violation in my basement John put my mind at ease and explained to me the do's and don'ts. he was fair and prompt and took care of it to my satisfaction. and he told me to say so........Just kidding.! he works with his guys and always answer his phone. Scott arrived on time, was incredibly proffessional and personable. Resolved an issue that another plumber could not--within 30 minutes.

I needed a plkumber to help em with a new kitchen- got the run around from about 15-20 people- who did not show up, who charged very expensive prices, who did not call back, etc. Was a nightmare. John is very reasonable with regard to price. Nice guy easy to talk to. Have not met someone in his profession who is so on time. Did great work.
