rude, unhelpful - NEVER USE THEM!!

the women who make the calls and answer your questions are rude, unintelligible and unhelpful individuals. there was a hold up with my repair and I had to spend three hours on the phone with both the warranty company and AID to no avail. They are the rudest people. On the other hand the actual service man who picked up my television was kind as can be. I would never use these people again!! WARNING!!!!

I placed an order with this company to do a samsung warranty repair on a tv and said they had to order the part and waited until my warranty expired and then said they wouldn't come out and fix it anymore unless I paid the full price. BEWARE!!!

RUDE

Fortunately she was so rude I did a Google search of them and found I was not alone. I called Circuit City Warranty back and asked for a different repair service. They said they had them flagged as do not use and apologized. They set me up with another local service. I am lucky to have escaped.
