I seriously do not know how this place even classifies as a business!!! This is the rudest and most incompetent, incapable company around!! The only reason I had the displeasure of being introduced to these crooks, was because of an extended warranty purchased. If you want to get belittled on the phone by miserable receptionists, use Aid!! No customer service what so ever!! The manager/owner (who knows), is even worse. he thinks that hanging up on customers like a pubescent teen is an acceptable practice!!! Do yourself a favor and NEVER WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS WORTHLESS COMPANY!!!! Same yourself the stress and aggravation. I will be filing complaints on BBB for sure. Oh, and don' t be fooled by the positive reviews, they are most definitely fake, and added by their friends and family.
I see I am not the only one who think low of this company do not use
In all honesty - the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. The 2 different ladies that answer the phones can't be real human beings, I've never spoken to such rude people before. They came to fix my television, took it out of my apartment (banged it against the wall on the way out without any protective cover). I would call to check up on the status of it and they would have no idea what is going on, they told me to call Best Buy. They had my TV for 3 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They really must enjoy making people crazy. WHATEVER YOU DO - DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE (if you can even call it 'service'). By the way, this is the first review I have ever written, but thought it was worth it to save all of you from these horrible people.
WORST service ever.
We needed to call them multiple times in order to get someone to just come look at the repair. They sent a technician who looked at the fridge and read the error codes to someone on the phone. He then said he needed to get approval for the repair.
A week later we called back and they said they're waiting on approval from the warranty company.
So we call the warranty company and lo and behold, they JUST received the request for parts.
Aid is a bunch of liars, rude and just plain awful. We only got paired up with them as they were the closest for service in our area on the extended warranty.
If you do not need to use Aid Audio and TV, don't! I cannot stress this enough!

Positive Reviews. I am so glad that the customers that had such a positive experience with this company did so and I hope it continues. Unfortunately, I cannot shake the feeling that some of those positive comments are fake and are written by family and friends. I was treated terribly right off the bat without just cause by the woman that answers the phone there. I asked a simple question and she talked to me like I was an idiot and than hung up on me. After reading other reviews it looks like hanging up on people is routine with them. I didn't bother calling back because I knew I would get no where with this idiot who gets pleasure out of hanging up on people. I have voiced my complaint to the BBB and I am sure the matter will be resolved to my satisfaction.
BETTER THAN I EXXPECTED. Called them to repair my washer, wwas told by Samsung to call them. Looking at reviews I was skeptical about them but decided to give them a try. I can telll you it went perfectly. There were no problems. The man camme when they said he would. He removed some coins from inside the washer and I was back in business. I would deffinately use them again.
terrible -do not use. AID Audio & TV recommended by Toshiba to check out a terrible odious smell - electrical and plastic burning - could not leave on. 2 repairmen both said they couldn't smell it - took it away - never called - when I called they said it needed a half panel - took long time to get back - $225 + the 75 to come out - still smelled - p/u again they called it was working fine I said it always was - it smelled o they didn't smell anything they said - brought it back - it still smelled - I called another company who said it would be over $1000 to get new panel - not worth the money - I called Aid Audio they put me on hold forever - called back - they didn't answer. Feel ripped off!
EXCELLENT SERVICE. Called them for service on my LG washer. They came when they said, the part was available on the truck and the tech installed the pump in only 20 minutes. They cleaned up the mess and I was very happy. Good job.
I waited for days, they couldn't wait 5 minutes. Had to wait for days for them to squeeze me in, but they refused to wait 5 minutes for me to get home. Inconsiderate to the extreme. I will not be using this service again.
