Worst Customer Service

I bought contact lenses. horrible agent on front. A lady very rude about prices and handling. they said are part of my insurance Company VSP but they are not. They have given me cheap Contact lenses from UK.

I do not recommend this store!

I do not recommend this optical shop at all. I had a horrible experience with them. I felt like their optometrist wasn't honest and just wanted to sell me very expensive lenses. I bought them at the time coz I needed the glasses but they made my eyes hurt (not to mention my pocket!). Finally I went to another optometrist and he verified what I suspected all along....wrong prescription! Save yourself from trouble from this store and go elsewhere instead. I deeply regret buying from them. Their cheapie looking frame with their 'high powered lens' ended up costing me $400 and I don't even use it anymore. :(

A great experience

I went to this store to et my eyes checked, my prescription felt like it wasn't right. The doctor was courteous and informative, afterwards the staff helped me choose a frame and lens combination that conformed to my price range. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs eyeglasses.

Had a great experience

My girlfriends and I were walking around shopping and we came across this store. I needed new colored contacts and a new pair of eyeglasses, the associates helped me out with both, since I didn't need an eye exam they helped me by showing me any frame I asked for and when it came down to the colored contacts they had a great selection, they even had the color and brand I normally use at a lower price! So when I left I had new colored contacts and sunglasses! I was happy with the service and selection, not to mention the price!
