I bought a Hyundai Sonata from Nelson Onofre of Koppel Nissan. The finance along with the sale person and manager were very professional and very detail oriented. They are very knowledgeable and very explicit to all my questions. I would highly recommend any one to Koppel. I have bought cars previously at other locations as well but the quality at this dealership was a great.

I just bought a high-end Nissan from Joe Clem and his crew at Koeppel Nissan on Friday. They were simply outstanding and they went above and beyond anything that could be expected from a dealer. I was screwed a few times by Nissan dealers so you can understand me heartily recommending Koeppel - big respect to them.

Fantastic Experience! I just recently purchased my first car from Koeppel Nissan (a 2009 used Nissan Versa) and had the best experience. The salesperson, Forkan was attentive and helpful every step of the way. At no point did I feel like they were putting "the hard sell" on me. I honestly felt like they cared that I was happy with my choice of vehicle. Thanks to Forkan and everyone else there, I had a hassle free first car buying experience. I would definitely recommend that if you're in the area and looking for a car, stop in. The prices are fair and the customer service cannot be beat!

Very Good. I am very happy with the service I always get here. Every time I bring the car in for service the service staff is great, they really go above and beyond to make sure everything is working good.

Hands Down The BEST!. For once I found a dealership that is fast and gives me individual time. I get the warmest greeting every time I walk in. The mechanics are awesome in what they do. You actually go in for one problem and they check on the whole car with no problem. I always seem to come out feeling great because I know I won't have any other problems with my car. Dennis Edwards is also a great guy, anything I need he's right there to help. Dan Grande is THE MAN! He's not only a person for service but a complex individual you can always count on when needed. He is always right by the door to give everyone a welcome. These are the kind of people I want to work with. Not the people who handle things in aggressively and uncoordinated.

Best car buying experience. We went in thinking it was going to be the typical annoying, money talking bull that most dealerships have given us. As soon as we stepped in the door, we were greeted and not hassled aggressively . Our salesman Eddie D. gave us all of the information that we were requesting and then we talked numbers. Unhappy with some, he asked what deal we wanted and to our surprise made it possible. The numbers he gave us were fair and honest, not shady like the two dealerships we went to previously. Tony then gave us the best deal possible. We walked out with our new car in just 4 hours! That is how organized this dealership is. They are all efficient and good at what they do! I have purchased many cars previously and never experienced such hassle-free, genuine service. Eddie, Tony and the whole Koeppel Nissan team are the best in NYC! We love our new Rogue!

Truly amazed. We were truly amazed at the friendliness of everyone here. They were not pushy, could answer every question we had, never left us sitting for long periods of time, spent quality time with us, answered every phone call in a timely manner, and mad what could have been a headache quite an enjoyable experience. We have already recommended these guys to quite a few people because of their professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge. We love our new car and are very happy with our decision.

The smartest choice. This Dealer is by Far the ABSOLUTE BEST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH. Customer Service was Stellar on my purchase and financing of my used vehicle and the selection in models colors and vehicle year is amazing. Please do not waste your time or money with other dealerships. Koeppel Nissan is the Smartest Choice you can make. I will definitely be returning when it is time to purchase another vehicle. Thanks to Dexter and Matt who made this car buying experience a pleasurable one.

Best deals hands down. If your looking for a Nissan then look no further, I have personally been too every borough except Staten Island, but including Long Island. best deals hands down, Imran the sales guy very cool they work him to hard cause he's good at closing those deals. Tony saves you as much money as he can on the financing, and Islam makes it all happen some how i dunno but I'm driving, even went back a month later for a minor problem that I did not notice at purchase time and they fixed it no problem, car service team looks like a Ford assembly line. Koeppel built an A1 car dealership DYNASTY hands down, go see for your self why I'm writing this review like I got stock in the company which I don't.

great customer service oriented. My family and I have dealt with Koeppel Nissan for almost four years, my sister in law has bought two cars from them and my wife and I have bought a Pathfinder, Rogue, And finally my Armada fully loaded. I can happily say that the service that koeppel Nissan extends to their customers goes above and beyond any Car Dealership that I have evr dealt with before. I highly recommend this Dealership to anyone that wants to buy a car and never feel as they were hassled or taken when buying a car, these guy's are great people and great customer service oriented. Thank you again for the treatment that me and my family recieved and for the wonderful SUV that i am driving right now.
