Four days before I arrive, find out they lost my reservation.
I called Kamway three weeks before I was planning on arriving in New York and made reservations for four nights. I double checked at the end of my phone call because I wanted to make sure they were in. I liked the place because they had the best price in the area. It turns out they don't charge much for a reason.
I call four days before I arrive, just to confirm my reservation, and I find out I no longer have a reservation.
All she can tell me is they must've not entered it correctly, sorry. Nothing she can do about.
Just judging by the description, the place seemed a bit sketchy, but I was willing to give it a try. Now I don't even get to try it. What I do get to try to do? Try to find a hotel for four nights in New York four days before I get there.
