Karl s Plumbing & Heating. Where to start.This company is the most unprofessional company I have had the to pleasure to deal with. They are dishonest, rude, overpriced, disrespectful company I have ever had to deal with. The office staff is rude, loud, and down right disgusting to customers. The quality of work that is performed by their employees is very poor to say the least. Think twice before hiring this company for work in your home. The so called office manager is one of the rudest people I have had to deal with in this company. She cursed, talked down and hung up on me so she did not have to hear my complaint.

Took my money without doing anything. Be Careful of these guys Called Karl's for a heating repair. The tech told me I needed to replace my six year old heating system for $7500. The tech pulled some wires and turned off the gas, charged my wife $175 for doing nothing. Turns out it was a blocked chimney and some carbon buildup. Fortunately, we got an honest heating repair guy to replace the wires the Karl's tech pulled out. Called a chimney cleaner to unblock the chimney. Everything is working again no thanks to Karl's.

Folks at Lowes laughed their butts off when I told them wha. Told on the phone that the installation of my $279 space heater would cost "thousands" and require an architect. Folks at Lowes laughed their butts off when I told them what the person at Karl's said. Called two more plumbers, installation estimated at $145 and will be less than 1 hours work

Backflow prevention test done right!. After I wasted plenty of time talking to two other plumbing companies who sent me in endless circles I found Karl's. They came in quickly (within 24 hours) and did the job I required the first time around. Failure to maintain backflow devices could have cost my car wash thousands in violations. They understood the urgency and took care of my issues immediately.

Good Work, but double check all fees. They were called in the early morning to come to my home to replace an under-sink valve. They stated that someone would be there from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. After a second call the plumber came at 4:00 p.m. We could not get all the water turned off in the apartment house (due to the late hour) so the plumber came again the next morning.

Before he left on the first day, he said that it would be $350 and they had to charge 50% on my credit card. After it was fixed, they then charged another $350 to my credit card - and the plumber said that if I spoke to the boss about it, he would be fired.

Good work, but they are not clear about fees.

Best plumbing service in the city!. I have used many plumbers throughout my time living in NYC. This company has been absolutely exceptional in the level of service they provided at my home.

THE BEST PLUMBING SERVICE IN QUEENS!!!!. Karl's Plumbing goes above and beyond for their service, they provided us with their drain cleaning services which were superb! They have a cool website too! We booked our appointment there!!

Great quick service! Highly Recommended. I have used many plumbers in the past, but Karl's Plumbing & Heating in Forest Hills has been by far the best. They were extremely polite and courteous. The problem was fixed very quickly and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
