Nothing smells like roses here!. Ordered form here on the recommendation of a now ex-friend! They were rude, unprofessional and shysters.

I saw a simple elegant all yellow bouquet on the website. I called and made the arrangements over the phone to ensure there would be no mistakes I was sending to a designer friend who had surgery so I wanted something tasteful and monochromatic. What showed up was something that you woudl find in the worst Hospital gift shop. Pink ribbons, pink flowers, pussy willows...

When i called to inquire about it ... I was told everything wasnt available so they made substitutions. I understand that this happens sometimes but I should have been called to be asked what I wanted to substitute. When I asked for the owner to call me .. he proceeds to tell me that the website clearly says that substitions are allowed. I told him I placed the order on the phone not the website and should have been told this. He proceeds to start yelling and telling me that the person I spoke to only works Sundays (as if that matters) and what did I want him to do?

RUDE RUDE RUDE!! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE...

WORST SERVICE EVER.. I ordered flowers for Valentine’s day… I got a call back the same day of the order (day before) saying “We can not accommodate your special request of a delivery after noon”… Ok, that’s fine… Come Valentine’s day, I have not heard from the flower shop, nor my girl… I call the flower shop at 4:45 PM asking to see if my delivery was made… a guy picked up the phone saying “yes, it was delivered” I said, you didn’t ask who I am or my order #… He said “all deliveries went out this AM, I had 200 deliveries guy”… Being rude.. I calmly said, ok, are you sure you sent my order out his reply “ WHY DON’T YOU COME DOWN HERE AND SHOW ME HOW TO DO MY JOB”… I calmly hung up the phone…reached out to my girl, she said no I haven’t but that’s really sweet of you..(RUINING THE ELEMENT OF SURPRISE)… I call back furious.. Nice lady picks up the phone took all my info and said will call me back and let me know if your delivery was made…. I got a call at 5:05… the guy calls me and said, “Hey, you called a little while ago about the flower delivery?” I said yes…he said “Well, the delivery never went out… Do you want it, yes or no?” …. Me: REALLY… WHAT Happened…. He said “The order got stuck in the computer” … I said, would you like me now to come down now and show you HOW TO DO YOUR JOB!!... He was a complete jerk. I am spending at least $100 at your business… this is how you treat me?

Avoid this place like the plague… No professionalism…and constant complaint of having too many orders to accommodate.
