I have lived and owned properties throughout the city and I can not tell you what a pleasure it is to finally find a competent, reliable management company. They are extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. I have been so pleased with them in the years that they have been my management I have reccommended them to many friends and co-workers.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible

The most incompetent and lazy agency I have ever dealt with. It took them one month and 30 phone calls to write a letter that they did not have a certain document, which they were obliged to provide. If you can avoid them please do, or let your lawyer talk to them. I do not understand how these people stay in business.

Lazy people, nobody knows anything. Very poor service, buildings are dirty.

Is impossible to get to get any answers there. They will not pay attention to you unless you are russian.
