Professional and Quality Service!!. In answer to the reviews that were not satisfactory to a few of our clients. We pride ourselves in our Professionalism and talent and quality of our work and service. There may be a time that the cost of the service may be a little too expensive for a client but we always quote the price of a wedding or color before the service is offered so the client can make a decision. Or we have days that we have discounted prices or offer coupons. Our reputation with our clients is one of excellence. Whenever our clients walk in the door they are greeted with a warm reception and professional attitude and are taken care of in a manner that we pride ourselves in. We would never tolerate a client not being taken care of in a professional and timely manner. If at any time our client is not happy with our service we will fix the problem immediately. We are told that you cant make everyone happy but we stand behind doing just that.

Langa is the best!. This salon's best asset is Langa. She is a terrific colorist and always makes sure I have an enjoyable experience. I also use online booking which is very convenient. I will keep coming back as long as Langa is there.

I wish it were a better experience. I really wish that the manager would read the reviews because saying its the best place is insulting. My hairdresser - colorist and pretty much everyone else who works there are so busy having conversations with each other about CHIT that has no relevance to hairdressing that they do not hear my comments like, "would you please only touch up the roots". So, I end up with this huge bill at the end of my treatments for CHIT I did not want. I hate this place already and going elsewhere.

Incredibly rude receptionists st Spectrym. I went to Spectrym for the first time to see Langa. She is a most wonderful, beautiful, and talented colorist and stylist! I had seen her at another salon and loved her work. When I went to see her at Spectrym I was appalled at the rudeness of the receptionists at the counter. I witnessed 3 employees having a personal conversation at the desk while paying no attention to me and one other client who had entered and were trying to register with the staff. We both said "excuse me" a few times, and were ignored! We were both amazed at the lack of manners and intelligence displayed by the people there. If it weren't for Langa I would never return.

Amazing experience. I am writing this on behalf of my wife, she look amazing at our wedding. Ina did a great Job with her make up, hair and the entire beautification process. I even got my wife a massage the day before to relax her. She was nervous like any bride. Thank again

worst $750 I ever spent!. I went to Inna for hair and make-up for my wedding day, a ONCE IN A LIFETIME occasion. The price was no concern since I thought I would be getting good quality in return. NOT EVEN CLOSE. My make-up took half an hour, and she wouldn't let me see what she was doing until the job was done. I looked like an angry 80's drag queen! I literally cried, ended up going back home to take the makeup off completely and do it myself. The hair was nothing like what I had asked for, I wanted soft waves, and got poodle curls instead. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE JOB!

Love my hair!. My Mother's Day present from my daughter was a hair cut and highlights with Robert. I hadn't been to a hairdresser in 10 months after getting the worst haircut ever at a salon in Delmar, NY. I showed Robert a picture of what I wanted and OMG the best haircut I have ever had!! I love the highlights and my cut looks the same even when I wash and blow it out.

I have only one problem...my favorite hairdresser is now a three hour drive away!!!!

THANKS LANGA. This girl is so sweet and nice and i wont to say thank you for amazing cat i have.This is the best cat i aware had in my life and experience with hair stylist's. Am glad to my friend recommend her for me . I wont to say that review had write Samoan beaut LANGA is not warty. I LOVE MY HAIR THANKS LANGA

worst haircut ever. Langa cut my straight hair in about three minutes and it looks just like a haircut that took three minutes. It's totally uneven EVERYWHERE! While she cut my hair I had to listen to a sales pitch for the spa upstairs. Maybe if she concentrated on my hair it would have looked better, but probably not.

They know how to treat you right. I have been going to Angie for about 2 years now. She is a sweet, nice person who takes pride in her work. She always treats me very well. She is great at hair coloring and styling. She doesn't rush and you leave feeling and looking like a Queen. Thanks Angie for all you do!
