Great local restaurant/bar. I live a block away from The Kettle (the Copper part was dropped a few years ago) and I find myself going there on a regular basis for drinks or dinner. The food is excellent and not overly expensive. It's a great local hangout that gets pretty crowded on the weekends - and during the annual Woodside St. Patrick's Day For All parade!
Get yourself down to The Copper Kettle. I go to The Copper Kettle all the time. The staff are very friendly and the service is outstanding. They have nighly specials and they are always coming up with new dishes. The prices are very reasonable and the place is very clean and has a very warm homely atmosphere. I cannot recommend this Restaurant Bar highly enough, but don't take my word for it - check it out for yourself ! Oh and the Potato & Leek soup is wonderful - they say it is the owner's Granmother's receipe......straight from Ireland
When your favorite restaurant is also your favorite bar.... This place is amazing. It quickly became my favorite restaurant for any day of the week. There are times that the back area becomes a little crowded but I have yet to have to wait for a table. The service is always impeccable. They are considerate, helpful and friendly no matter how crowded it is. The food is always cooked perfectly and specifications to orders are always carried out as requested. Even the prices are great for that type of quality. It's just amazing how they combined a popular neighborhood bar with a quality family restaurant. This place really is the best of both worlds.
Awesome Neighborhood Bar. Great atmosphere, whether it's happy hour, or watching the Jets game on a Sunday afternoon. The bar food is really good but if you want to dine and eat something a little nicer, there's a nice dining area in the back. Quiet enough to hold a conversation while the music is blasting at the bar area. Management and staff are also first class....I've had a few cases where I had to be moved to accomodate a larger group and they gave us a free round. It shows they really take care of their customers. I'm sure this place gets a lot of regulars.
