Best craft store. The best thing about Cook's Crafts has to be owner Michelle. She knows her crafts! And if you don't, you will - because a better, nicer, more patient instructor you'll never find. Honestly, there isn't a thing she's not knowledgeable in. She's even helped me with my computer problems! Check out her podcasts on Talkshoe[dot]com (go to Crafting with CntrySigns), and check out her shop. You just can't get this kind of service in a big-box store.

Custom orders ANYTHING that you want not just what is on the shelf. Place is under new management so I think it will take some time to look "New" but the service is GREAT! I do a lot of party invitations and custom greeting cards and many times the big stores run out of things. Since they do not control their inventory on the store level they can not order me specific times as I want it.

The young girl that took over lets me see the order catalogue and get EXACTLY what I need -- not just what?s being pushed. You may have to order a few more than you want but sometimes if she thinks she can sell it personally she will keep the extra and only charge you for what you want.

A deposit will be NEEDED as well so you can't really just order. A small price to pay to get exactly what I want in the time that I want it.

Usually one week turnaround.
