Customer Service TERRIBLE. Radio Shack of Howard Beach has the WORST Customer Service. Went shopping today for a Sirius Radio with accessories - the store didn't have the stock and the salesperson was like a deer in the headlights. No offers to find us our items, spent 3 minutes looking at his computer and then suggested we go to Best Buy - which we did. That salesperson lost a 350.00 sale due to his lack of EVERYTHING.
