Tips for Howard Ozone Little League

How Ozone/Howard succeeds with poor quality. It's been two years since my last season with Ozone/Howard, and I seldom got what I expected to get from the league. Definitely not the same experience I can earn with high school baseball, in which all teammates cheer for each other and there is much more excitement. Just compare that with Ozone/Howard, in which I saw a significant lack of enthusiasm, attitude, and motivation within coaches and fans. Team spirit there is far from that of high school baseball, and my baseball spirit was tired and poorly presented as a result. I found that much of the league's teams were mostly non-Hispanic whites, manking diversity a big issue Ozone/Howard has yet to rectify. I felt uncomfortable last season because of this. Whilst Ozone/Howard brands itself as a so-called "competitive" baseball league, none of what I experienced there I belived warrants that, and most players would rather play just for fun instead of appreciating the importance of competition within the sport. After losing a championship, I got upset and blamed my team's lazy pitching staff for the loss--just one example of the coaches' poor training with players. I was so sad that I even declined an offer to join the All-Stars. Now that my desire to play for Ozone/Howard has slipped away, I have said once and for all that I've already had enough with Ozone/Howard, good friends or not.

Where it starts!!!. My son goes there since 5 years old. He is now eight. I believe its the best place to start, get choices and get advice on a planned baseball interest. my son has been given many opportunities here and has followed through with the advice given to him. Even at 8 he sees his accomplishments and goals and very thankful for the opportunity and most of all my whole family greatful for their support.
