Excellent experience!. I am a frequent traveler in the NY area and have found Vet Port to be the best option for my dog's boarding needs. The staff is very knowledgeable and compassionate with animals, which is key in this experience. Vet Port was willing to provide Max with his special diet needs as well as provide me with an update on his well-being when i called.

This is my fifth time using Vet Port for Max and we are both very happy about each visit. Although i am certain you may be wary of boarding your animal anywhere while you travel, i assure you from experience this is definitely the place to go!

Max's frequent stays at Vet Port has provided me with the confidence to recommend their service to ANYONE and EVERYONE!

will return and strongly recommend. My dog stayed with vetport for 3 months , so i could visit my family ... I called A LOT! the staff was very nice and didn't mind my calling at all. the staff told me how my mimi was doing ... she had special food and the staff had no problems in feeding my mimi only that... when i returned mimi was very happy ..and didn't want to leave.. she smelled so good and looked great .. my mimi is a white dog and sometimes not that friendly (she is hard to handle if she doesn't know you )a lot of clinics would not take her and if they did she came out scared -- this place vetport she didnt want to leave-mimi loved it here and was so clean.. I would definitely come back for my next vacation-- i recommend vetport .. staff is very friendly especially heather.... see you soon vetport

beware of manager. the manager

takes over 3 hospitals one was howard beach where she Thank God just got fired for treating people like garbage, screwing up pay roll to her advantage(into her pocket)next will be the hospital on fresh pond so watch out vet port u r next

very pleased. very friendly staff, very helpful. I was sending my dogs to Ireland .vetport helped me with all the necessary paperwork to get them to Ireland. I also boarded my dogs with vetport for 5 nights as well as had them deliver my dogs to the airline. I would use them again and recommend them .

bad service. I left my puppy in the care of this hospital for a total of four nights. I called and checked on her while I was out of town and they assured me that everything was fine. However when I picked my dog up she had cuts all over her legs and stomach. in addition she lost about six pounds. I was told that the dog was eating well that was not the truth at all she was very hungry like she was not even feed. This place is not somewhere you want to take your little friend I would not recommend it at all.
