This is the WORST hair that I have ever purchased and that includes when I used to use cheap bag hair. This hair was rough and matted from day 1. I took so much force to brush this damn hair that I loosened my tracks! The absolute WORST!!!!

Do not waste your money! I purchased with them going against all the bad reviews I have read about them. Its all true. NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND POLICY! They will be nice while you are purchasing. My hair was RUFF like BRILLO. It was soft and my guess is once the curler iron hit it that was it! You are better off buying Virgin Indian Remy out the pack. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! When you call to get an understanding why the hair has BRILLO like feeling on the first day and you get attitude, that's a problem! My hair felt like BRILLO the first day after getting my hair curled and styled by a beautician. MY beautician lightly put perfect for perms in my hair. BEWARE!!!

BEWARE LADIES!!!!!!! OF BARBIES HAIR WORLD!!!!!. I PAID 140 FOR 6 OZ OF WET AND WAVY AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE UNTIL I WET IT!!! THE HAIR SMELLED LIKE PERM!!!! & BURNT CABLES!!!! I ALSO PAID LIKE 130 DOLLARS TO HAVE THE HAIR PUT ON!!! I HAD 6 LINES DONE FOR $20 EACH PLUS I GAVE THE GIRL A TIP!!! ANYWAY I PAYED ALL THIS MONEY TO HAVE MY HAIR LOOKING FLY!!! FOR MY MAN AND WHEN I TAKE A BATH I SMELL LIKE PERM!!! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY BUY HAIR THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Barbies hair world. Ok Im back to write another review as promised. We all know that you can get any weave to look good for the first week or two until it starts doing the birds nest in the back and the constant combing tangling and shedding. The shedding was MINIMAL. I did experience some tangling after a while Im guessing from all the products i put in it. so I washed it conditioned it and allowed it to air dry and Im loving it even now more because Im just running my fingers through it lol. Make sure to treat it like your natural hair and wash it every week or two.

Best Hair Hands Down!. I'm not sure what Barbies LongHurrDuntKurr went to but the it couldn't have been Barbies on Hillside. I usually get the Yaki Perm Straight in 16" sometimes 18" and it matches my texture and color perfectly! People can't even tell it's a weave! Even the people that have known me for years ask. That says alot! My beautician (who puts it in perfectly) even had to ask where and what kind of hair it was becaus it's the best she's ever worked with. I only add a few tracks( 3 actually)since my hair is already a pretty good length and that is about 3oz. which usually comes to about $75. But it is well worth the investment! I have hair in my closet from about three years ago (I have different shades from my natural brown to jet black and different lengths) all the hair is still in perfect condition! Can u believe that!?! No shedding, tangling, etc , wefts (which they do while u wait) are still full and in perfect condition! And yes I wash very often when I have my weaves, blow dry, flat iron, curling iron everything and they are still like new!

OMG i love the hair here!. My family has been going here for years (my mom, aunt and cousins) and the hair they buy always last long. But i never got it because they always say its like 150 or 200 or 250 or something and im like, oh no! tooo much. But as I grew older, i realized thew money that i spend on pack hair and then throw away is more than buying hair for 200 and it lasting like 6 months! So i go in the store they match my hair color perfectly ask me what legnth and everything and in about 15-20 my hair is done and it was only like 150 for 6 oz! The hair is sooo soft and it waves up really nice when i wet it and straigtens really nice! Its like the same texture as my hair so it blends perfectly and know one knows i have a weave. (unless they already know my real hair length!)

The best I've found.. I purchased my hair for braids for years from Barbies & was always happy with the quality. The cusom blend is great! I have now moved to Nevada. The quality of hair here on the west coast is "terrable" & the cost is expensive. I call in or write & send my order along with color sample, payment & self address return packaging. A week or so later I receive the hair exactly as requested. I pay for the hair only...not the weight of the packaging. If you pay for 4 oz. of hair from Barbies...that is what you get..(not 3.5 of hair & the rest of the weight in packaging.). I have been happy with Barbies for more than 10 years. I now live in Las Vegas, NV but I will continue to purchase my hair from Barbies in Jamaica, NY.

Awesome customer service. I went to Barbie's after trying a few other places that also did custom blending and was very pleased. The people are very friendly and helped me with all my questions. The place is clean, smells good and it has a welcoming feeling. I have had the same hair for over three months and I plan on using it again. I would recommend Barbie's Hair World to all of my friends. If you have any problems, they will resolve it instead of telling you it's not their problem....like some other places in Brooklyn!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE. I went to Barbies for the first time only because i couldnt get to where i usually get my hair from. AND let me tell you... DO NOT GO HERE. They are so unorganized and trashyy. i should have known not to get the hair when i saw a lady come in with her hairr soo matted and i asked her if she got that hair from Barbies and she told me yes. ughh. The hair was soo dr y and ruff. it was getting so matted. and i paid a good $200 for the hair. i would have been better off getting a cheap pack of Milky Way hair. SMH... the hair was BAD.
