Sensor used to allow monthly customers with a card onto the lot does not work when the lot is full. Monthly customers cannot access lot sometimes (especially on the weekends) when daytime customers fill the lot. When ticket is taken in order to access the lot (when card doesn't work), managers of the lot threaten revocation of monthly card from customers. Managers are impatient and quick to penalize customers for making mistakes when accesssing lot. Managers don't have specific break periods. I've been told that an absent manager may show up in 2-3 hours. Customer Service needs improvement!
Cons: EXPENSIVE, CROWDED, FAULTY SENSORS
