i am not vegetarian & i love this place. The food is very tasty(you won't miss the meat at all) and you leave feeling satisfied. the service is great, the wait staff takes care of you while still giving you time to eat & talk. the restaurant is claming & comfortable. Its easy to miss it due to its location but its worth seeking it out. Once you enter,you'll forget that your in the middle of a busy shopping area.

I love this place! When I am sick of going to not-so-vegetarian places with my friends, I retreat to Zen Palate. Everything on the menu is vegetarian so you wont' be tricked and find a surprise visit from meat of any kind. The service is usually good, with the exception of a couple of waiters on an off night. Nice mellow atmosphere to help calm your nerves. Usually not too busy, I think b/c it is in the middle of Old Country Road and it gets lost in the strip mall location and people don't know what type of restaurant it is.
Pros: Food, prompt seating, calming decor
