While chef Joe Ng has a great modern take on Chinese that's both playful and delicious, the ridiculousness of the wait and the unhelpful staff doesn't add to the experience at all.

Food is DELICIOUS. Soup dumplings, Ribs so tender the meat feels like butter in your mouth. Cozy modern Chinese restaurant with communal table. Got the chance to meet the chef...really cool guy, who's passionate about his food.

Outstanding modern chinese and dim sum - even at dinner! - from a legit, hong kong-trained chef. Make a rez or expect a 3 hr wait. Worth it!
