Light folio pastry filled w/ spicy ground sirloin or lentils (2 pieces).
Lentil spread w/ minced onions & green peppers, & seasoned w/ ginger, lemon juice & olive oil.
Lettuce, tomatoes & onions in a lemon dressing.
Strips of sirloin simmered in a spiced stew w/ berbere, kibe, garlic, cardamom, coriander & other herbs & spices (spicy). An Ethiopian favorite.
Cubed filet mignon pieces marinated in tej, green peppers, red onions & Zoma's special sauce & sautéed to perfection. House special.
Finely chopped tender sirloin seasoned w/ mitmita & kibe. Traditionally served raw, steak tartar style but can be cooked to your liking (spicy). Kitfo is an Ethiopian delicacy.

Fresh collard greens simmered w/ sautéed beef, onions, green peppers & spices in a mild sauce.
Chicken gently simmered in onions, ginger, berbere & spices for hours to create a delightful stew (spicy). Doro wett is traditionally served on special occasions.
Chicken stew cooked as above but w/ a mild herb sauce.
Tender morsels of boneless chicken breast marinated in tej then stir fried w/ ginger, garlic, sweet onions & tomatoes.
Tender lamb marinated in ginger, rosemary & spices. Braised slowly in a mild sauce w/ a touch of turmeric.
Cubes of lamb marinated in tej & awaze, then stir fried in kibe w/ onions & green pepper (spicy).
Tilapia filet seasoned w/ herbs & spices, pan fried or grilled to perform. Served on a bed of tomato salad.
Collard greens slowly simmered in vegetable broth w/ finely chopped onions, garlic, ginger & other spices.
Fresh carrots, potatoes, cabbage & onions. Sautéed w/ garlic, ginger & tomatoes in a mild sauce.
Fresh string beans stir fried in a garlic & light tomato sauce.
Red split lentils cooked w/ berbere, garlic, ginger, black cumin & other herbs & spices (mildly spicy).
Split peas cooked & flavored w/ green peppers, onions & mild spices.
Chickpeas, lentils & peas roasted, powdered & cooked in a berbere sauce w/ a multitude of spices (spicy).
Purred chickpeas seasoned w/ red onions, garlic, jalapeno pepper, olive oil, lemon juice & fresh herbs. Served chilled.
