25 years ago, Iano de Grazia introduced me to this, the best Espresso coffee in the world. I would come home from Italy with a few pounds when I could get it. Now it has arrived in the USA. I have selected a 80/20 blend for it wonderful crema as well as it’s ability to stand up milk. 80/20 refers to the amount of Arabica (80%) and Robusta (20%) beans in the coffee. Contrary to what you may have heard, top quality Robusta is not inferior to Arabica beans just different. Robusta supplies the body and chocolate overtones.
