Settle down for a show off-Broadway but on Broadway.

The Educational Alliance is a traditional settlement house on the Lower East Side providing a range of services to the local community. Every spring there is a series of poetry readings with featured guests in the Educational Alliance's Mazer Theater, which also hosts traditional theatrical productions--as does a smaller space called the Studio Theater.

Great venue

This is an underrated venue: wide variety of productions, low prices, helpful staff, great location. If you're on the LES, check it out, they always have something going on.
