great place
by Karen W
I would definetely recommend this place. The apartment was nicely furnished and came with a kitchen. I used to stay in hotels and I am so happy I found this place as an alternative. They do require a security deposit, but i guess thats pretty standard in Manhattan. The price was right and the accomodation was good overall. I stayed for two months and I will definitely be using their services again.
- Pros: location and the apts are furnished
Stay away from this place.

I don't recommend this to anyone. The studio I rented for $2050/ month did not look anything like the pictures on their website. It was ok until I found out today, over 2 months after I left, and after several phone calls to get my $1,000 security deposit back that Bridge Suites will not only deduct any extra electricity charges ($39.26 in my case) but also an outrageous $200 cleaning fee!!! For a studio I left the way I found it! Stay away from this place. It's a rip-off.
- Cons: extra cleaning fee of $200; not discussed at lease signing
DONT EXPECT YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK!!!

They won't tell you upfront, but Bridge Suites will RIP YOU OFF on electricity charges and cleaning charges after the fact. They'll take it out of your security deposit and won't even give you back the remainder until two months after you move out. I felt scammed and wouldn't trust them if I were you. They charged $200 to clean my completely empty studio after my temporary stay, and they charged me for "excess electricity" even though I only slept there and the only electricity used was for the fridge! And the policy is to keep the entire security deposit for two months after you move out. Wouldn't feel like such a SCAM if they told you any of this before you move in......
- Pros: Available
- Cons: Dishonest

Alot Of Resturants and Shopping areas and great service descent apartments
by JosephWegg
I came during the summer when there barley any apartment left in New York I stayed in a studio apartment facing the courtyard so my unit was quiet. I was missing some kitchen utensil but I called the doorman and he took care of it. Furniture descent nothing special but the apartment really comes with a lot of amenities. The only bad thing about the building was it is a walk up I had to walk up three flights big hassle for me. All in all I stayed for 3 months had a good stay and felt really safe with all the security cameras in the building.

Plenty of amenities for extended condominium stays.

The Scene
This long-term residence hotel has a one-month minimum stay requirement. Located on a noisy street across from the eyesore known as the Williamsburg Bridge, its most serene accommodations are at the back of the building. Ask for a room facing the fountain-bedecked courtyard rather than the street.
The Details
Despite the noise and the not-so-great location, the hotel's studio and one-bedroom condos are clean and filled with enough amenities to keep guests satisfied for a longer-than-average stay. Cable TV, fax and high-speed Internet accessibility, as well as the cozy courtyard, are some of the perks. Access to the health club next door and use of the on-premises laundry facilities make this place a comfortable spot.
