good clothes, service- not so much
by ryo89harvard11 at Citysearch
yes, there are friendly staff members, giving u an at-home feel, rather than a luxury dolce&gabbana feel. the staff are nice, but arent the most intelligent or logical people. the supervisor at the store was really unreasonable, but i still buy stuff here because of the great selection (for such a small store)
MOST HORRIBLE STAFF, AND STORE MANAGER I'VE EVER DEALT WITH
by sara0322 at Citysearch
ALEX SOADY is the WORST store manager in all of retail in all of New York City. RUDE, UNHELPFUL, OBNOXIOUS and worst of all, BAD TASTE!! I have never had such a poor, horrible experience with a store employee let alone a manager. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! Save your TIME, MONEY and ENERGY and walk around the area to: Chanel, Burberry, Missoni, Prada, etc., or any other luxury designer store then D&G. And if you want D&G, walk THREE blocks to BLOOMINGDALES. Do not deal with ALEX SOADY
- Cons: WORST EMPLOYEES EVER
Great Customer Service

My girl friends and i went here and we got the best customer service ever. I would recommend this store to anyone.
- Pros: Ambience, Parking
- Cons: None really
A slick store full of sexy threads for men and women devoted to Dolce & Gabbana's bridge line.
by Contributor at Citysearch
Sleek glass doors and stark white walls plus neatly displayed merchandise let you know you've entered a serious fashion house, but the friendly salespeople and vibrant colors make for a bridge-line appropriate good time. The clothes may not be as delicate and pricey as Dolce & Gabbana; regardless, it is a favorite of young Japanese hipsters, rich teens and party people all over town. Expect bright colors, tongue-in-cheek graphics and tight and sexy silhouettes.
Amazing

One of the best stores in New York. D&G is very young, stylish and modern. Expensive but also have great sales.
- Pros: Clothes, Design, Location
