A great relaxed atmosphere with professional teachers and adults. You can absolutely get desired results in your body. Excellent teachers some of the ones I have worked with include: Matt and Abbey. I also got turned on to gyrotonics in this studio which is hard but fun. I would highly recommend it.

I have been coming to Pilates on Fifth for a while to tone up and lose weight. The instructors are knowledgable, nice and willing to work with you to customize a workout routine. Recently I've been taking the Cardiolates class and it's so much fun!! I recommend this class for anyone looking for group or private lessons.
Pros: Instructors, friendly staff, modern equipment, clean

After my son was born I needed to go back to an exercise program to tone up and feel better. I was a diehard Bikram Yoga person but found that when I returned after my pregnancy the yoga didn't help me loose weight or tone up. I decided to try Pilates on Fifth. I've never felt better! I no longer have back pain and my posture has improved. I actually feel taller. I have learned to engage my abs and strengthen my core, which was a challenge after having a very difficult cesarean section surgery to deliver my son. All of the instructors are fantastic and cater your workout to your needs and challenges. My favorite is Ron - he is motivating, challenging and knowledgeable along with being very charismatic. The hour workout flies by and I feel rejuvenated and every part of my body feels stronger and leaner> THANKS RON!!!!!!!

I tried Pilates on Fifth when a friend recommended it to me. As a former gymnast/athlete, I was determined to lose all of the weight I had gained during my pregnancy while at the same time toning and strengthening muscle. The results were immediate! I never felt better or have been so toned even after trying all of the other forms of exercising. I toned muscles I never knew I had! I get bored working out but not here! Every day is something new. To make it even better, Kimberly and Katherine and all of the trainers are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They always do their best to work around my schedule and baby sitting issues. The facility is comfortable, noncompetitive, relaxing, etc. I cannot say enough. I highly recommend Pilates on Fifth!
Pros: very knowlegable, friendly, relaxing atmosphere
Cons: NONE

I have beent to many studios around the country and this is by far the best one. What makes them soooo different from the rest of the studios, is the knowledge that the instructors have. The also have new classes and new ways of exercising all the time so you never get bored. They have a new program called CARDIOLATIES the I highly recommend to everyone. Its a great and fun way to add cardio to your pilates workouts.
Pros: perfect
Cons: only one location

The instructors are knowledgeable, motivating and judging from the variety of people there, very skilled at catering to many different clients. The atmosphere is friendly and non-intimidating. The first time I tried Pilates, I hated it, but at Pilates on Fifth, the instructors made it accessible to me and my weight lifting background.

I discovered Pilates on Fifth about a year ago and must say I love it! The personal attention you receive from their knowledgeable instructors in the one-on-one sessions is great, not to mention the butt-kicking workout you'll get! The staff is so friendly and helpful, they never make you feel like it's a bother to help you. The mat classes are fun and challenging, especially the Cardiolates! I've found it to be a great way to add the cardio into your Pilates workout if you're not a fan of cardio machines like me! Oh yeah, and dare I forget the Migun bed? It's a thermal massage table that they've just recently added. Talk about a way to relax after your workout!
Pros: Personal Attention, Friendly Staff, Relaxing Atmosphere

I started going to Pilates on Fifth last Spring, after a friend of mine had taken a mat class there and couldn't stop raving about the studio. I went with her the next week for a mat class, and the whole experience was everything she said it would be. The Instructor was gentle, knowledgeable and attentive and the facility was GORGEOUS. (They've made some renovations and are continually making even MORE improvements!) Though somewhat intimidated by the machines, I finally signed up for private lessons, and have seen such incredible results that I will NEVER stop practicing Pilates. I have taken mat classes at my gym and at other studios in the City, but never before had the pleasure of working with such high-caliber instructors. Also, try out their body-fat and metabolic-rate testing - quite an eye-opener!
Pros: Amazing Instructors, Cardio Room, Schedule
Cons: none!

I have been taking a combination of private lessons and mat classes there for 4 months now, and I LOVE it!! The instructors are awesome. I feel great, and I'm really seeing results. ...And I can do my cardio at the studio before my lesson, which is sooo convenient!
Pros: relaxing atmosphere
