AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Avoid renting anything through Churchill Corporate Services. They are unreliable at a high cost. I moved into one of their apartments at Herald Towers which is engrossed with cockaroaches. The apartment was never cleaned before move in and had feces in the bathroom. The kitchen appliances were all broken and they would not take responsibility. Manager after manager lies to be sure they hold on to your security deposit at the end. This is the second bad experience I had with this company. There are so many other furnished housing services-go with anyone else you find but Churchill!
