I live out in long island and last week one of my girlfriends had a gathering at this place and it was just great. Albeit it was hard ot find parking but the service and the treatments are worth the effort. Our group was about 11 girls and it is tough finding a place to accomodate that many people at the same time. We had the whole manicure/pedicure area to ourselves, we brought our own drinks and snacks. The theraposts were great, very professional, and very friendly.

I moved from another country & went to the spa where just one block away from my home... the facilities are beautiful and tranquil, designed, very relaxation. My first treatment facial, the facialist escorted me to room, which was well designed, the facial was terrific, she explained the all details without hot sell. Also I had woundful mani & pedi, it so relax especially during the pedi, she did reflexology & foot scrub. Highly recommend to everyone.

I was walking around one night trying to find a place open for a manicure because i needed my nails done for a party and i was suprised that this place was open. I didn't think i would find one so it seemed a bit unreal. Desperately, i rushed in for touch up my nails and i must say that it was a rather nice experience. The ladies knew exaclty wat they were doing and they had the color that i wanted. This is definitely the place to go when you you have no time to do it yourself. especially because i am really bad at painting my nails and filing is just a hassel. i am definitly coming back here again for another late night nail emergency.

I live around the corner and have considered checking out Eden Spa for a while--their website listed a 90 minute "Spa Manicure and Pedicure" for $80, which sounded like a great treat, especially considering they had an appointment available within an hour of my phonecall to them. My service ended up being 60 minutes, because I had my manicure and pedicure done at the same time--which is NOT relaxing, nor is it worth $80 (one day later my manicure is peeling). On top of that, I was rushed out while my polish was still sticky. I spoke to the front desk after my service, and according to them, they did this because there were other appointments coming that had to be accommodated. The manager, Sunny, said that it was due to the fact that my credit card information wasn't taken when I booked my appointment (but I was never asked for my credit card info, and why should that matter anyway?). Very poor management and there is NOTHING special about this place, don't spend your time or money here -- for a manicure and pedicure you're better off at a neighborhood nail shop.

let me just start off by saying that we were running late since this was nyc so thats no surprise, but the staff there was more than accommodating especially given the situation. So my girlfriend decided to surprise me with a day out and we ending here at the spa. being a typical guy, i was skeptical and reluctant, but after some persuasion i actually really enjoyed myself. we had a couples massage and the therapists were great. To all the guys that read this, the ladies have the right idea. we don't know what we are missing out on until we try it.

I was in yesterday for a massage and i must say it was the best massage I have had in a while, possibly the Best. Not to be pretentious, but i am no slouch when it comes to a good massage. The masseuse was great and very attentive. I will definitely be heading back soon.

Steer clear of this place! I got a massage when my friend had her bridal shower here. I asked the masseuse to concentrate on my head and neck but she refused, saying “You won’t be able to handle it”. She then proceeded to give me a massage while listening to loud techno on her ipod, which was totally not relaxing because I could hear the pulsating beat coming out of her headphones. As a final touch she put massage oil all over her hands and wiped the excess in my hair. I left the spa tense, looking like I hadn’t washed my greasy hair in months. Plus, the bathrooms were dirty!!

My husband scheduled a couples massage for our anniversary last night- I was a little skeptical at first because I usually go to another popular spa (chain) in the village. I must say this was a great experience, the massage was one of the best I have ever had not only in new york but also compared to when I vacation. My hubby enjoyed his massage also and the chocolate and champagne was a nice end to the treatment. I plan to return very soon-I have found a new place in New York that is really really really good.

It was my first day spa experience it was great . I was given a tour of the spa when I arrived because I couldn't make up my mind if I wanted a massage. I decided to stay after the tour while I waited my turn I was service water in the waiting area and I went in the sauna room. They give you your own locker and a robe. The massage was amazing it was so relaxing that I fell asleep. After the massage I got serve Fruits and juice in the waiting area. If you are looking for a great massage and amazing service this is the spa for you.

After reading the positive reviews on citysearch I decided to to try it out with 2 friends for a mani/pedi and massage. I opted for the 90 minute aromatherapy massage which was great and so relaxing that i actually fell asleep towards the end. After the treatment there was a small fruit platter and water awaiting me at one of the many reclinable sofas. In addition while we had our mani/pedi we were also served a light sandwich with salad. There was a lot of attention to detail and the staff was very friendly and accomodating, the ambiance was conducive to relaxation and the premises were spotless and the prices are more than reasonable. I look forward to going again for other treatments! .
