coming from someone who knows the service business, i was quite impressed with the total package that i got from hilton spa/fitness. everyone greeted me with wide smiles, they were quick to answer my questions, and the facility was excellent. the equipment was brand new (i think they renovated a couple months ago) and everything was very clean--from the steam room to the massage room. bravo to the hilton.
Pros: service, equipment, cleanliness
