It's a scam

Here is my experience with this company, not really serious.

I took the package with a welcome sign with my name at JFK airport for 8 people (me and my family in law) to Manhattan with a LIMO.

I must say they were even supposed to check for my flight arrival time.

Moreover, we arrived exactly on time.

But, surprise, no sign with my name!

You can imagine the complicated situation to deal with 7 tired people of your family(in law!).

But after a 15 min wait and a few requests to some people around, we finally met someone telling is from that company.

It's after the time of loading our luggage and 10-minute of journey that someboy from Royal Way Limo called me to tell me he was (finally) arrived on site...

that's when I realized that the driver was not from the company.

Despite this non-delivery(more than 30 min of delay!), Royal LIMO (not really royal) charged me 100% of price on my credit card... it's simply a theft!

So you can imagine that I'm really disappointed with the way they manage their service and their customers.

In short, a company to avoid at all costs... runaway! ;-)

Great service

I booked a Royal Way Limo for my daughter's 21st to collect us from JFK airport. I'd done alot of searching for the right company so I had everything crossed it would be OK. I needn't have worried! Our driver, Nico, was very friendly and helpful, giving us hints and tips on what to do and where to go. He took us the long way round to our hotel so we could get a bit more of the experience for our money. The car was lovely - and well equipped with drinks for our journey.

The communication with the office before and after booking was also very good. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I would recommend Royal Way again to anyone in New York wanting something special.

We got married on 13 Sept 2008 and hired Royal Way for 2 stretch limos. I was a little skeptical, having dealt with a number of services that didn't meet expectations. Well, Royal Way exceeded them. The equipment was new, luxurious, spotless, and well-equipped with water and sodas on ice (and champagne). The drivers were well dressed, exceptionally courteous, and they paid special attention to our elderly mothers. They showed up early and kept me informed of their locations 20 minutes before arrival. We arrived at the final location a little early, so one driver offered to give the little kids a ride around for a few minutes. I even had a last minute request (to send one limo to a different location), phoned in about an hour before the scheduled arrival, and they met it. I don't usually make recommendations, but Royal Way deserves it.

Used them for a bachelorette party - reservations were easy, they arrived on time, limo was clean, driver was nice and responsive to our requests....even drove us around the block a few times so we could get our money's worth! The only down-side is that the music selection is a little limited so you might want to bring your own mix CDs.

BEST SERVICE

After reading the reviews and having tried many different limousine services for my occasions, I decided to try Royal way services for my 30th B-day party. The service was the best I have tried. The fact that I booked it easy online was the first plus! The limo and the driver were SUBERB.The driver was courteous and ontime he made us feel so welcome by opening the door at each of our destinations. I will definitely use royal way limousine again and I highly recommended them, as I am a METICULOUS New Yorker. Thank you royal way for making my night unforgettable!!!!

Travel in Style

There is nothing quite like getting picked up from the airport in a limo. The driver was friendly, on time, very accomodating. He even gave my friend and I a short tour of the Manhattan highlights and took pictures along the way! I would recommend this service to anyone!

Excellent Service

We booked Royal Way for our wedding day (city hall to hotel to restaurant) and the experience was great. George (the driver) was very courteous and arrived on time. The stretch limo was very comfortable and in great condition. The rate was very good. We would definitely use Royal Way again for special occasions.

Excellent Limousine Service

Stayed in NYC first week in May and wanted to book a Limo from JFK to hotel to treat my family.Having been to NYC several times before and paid for average Limo service/untidy cars before,and plain rude drivers, i was very dubious who to choose this time but the citysearch reviews of "Royal Way Limousine "made it a promising bet.I was not let down,the chauffer was very friendly(George is the best!)and helpful ,especially with the kids,making a detour to the hotel and giving them a mini commentating tour.In fact i was so impressed i arranged a return transfer back to the Airport for the return flight home to Ireland.The service might be a bit more expensive than the other limo services i've tried but it is worth paying a bit extra for good service and Quality.

I would definitely use this company for any transport arrangements if i return to NYC in the future.
