This place is great I started coming here recently and for my first wax the girl I had was so nice she even did a nice breathing tecnique so i would feel more relaxed that helped so much i even purchased a wax pkg. I know they do laser but I am not ready but when I am they will be the first place I go to

completely bare truly is the best when it come to hair removal. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They are by far top professionals in the field. I love the completely bare products as well! Can't imagine going anywhere else.

Completely Bare is by far the best for Lazer Hair Removal. The staff makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in until you leave. Everything is painless and it is so easy to get your next appointment, and if you forget about it, they call you the day before to remind you. All of the locations have been great (I have been to them all). Elle is my absolute favorite! Don't waste your time with any other place, Completely Bare is the best in the city!

didnt need the attitude

Although this place is gorgeous the ppl who work there need some work while the first girl there was nice the one who checked me out clearly got an attitude cos I didnt want to purchase their wax package.

Also I was nervous since it was a new place new waxer my friend recommended them but I dont know. The lady seemed nice at first but then got kinda testy with me bc I moved and the ouchless wax got caught and I guess this was a problem. by the way not so Ouchless. actually it was more painful than the regular wax. Also I guess I accidentially moved my leg and hit her and she was like thats my chest there so please be careful. If anyone has ever had a brazilian then you know u have ur legs spread wide open and with that amount of pain its hard not to move unless u like that kind of pain I do not. Also she kept saying that I shouldnt move well Im trying lady its tough and it hurts! I doubt ill be back because of the attitude but atleast the place is clean and sanitary and they use multiple sticks not the same one which is really what you are supposed to do. Also they told me one price on the phone and then it was a whole other price when I paid. I also had to cancel my initial appt and Im hoping they kept true to their word that they arent going to charge me full service price which by the way is ridiculous things happen and well its not a doctors appt or something hmmmmmm Dana I am glad u like it but I do not! hope they are better at laser appts cos thats really scary

Worth the money!!!

My daughter and I have been going to the 5th Ave. location for quite some time. I have never met a more gracious, caring of thoughtful staff. This obviously radiates from the owner on down. From the moment you enter it is comfortable and calming. The space is immaculate and well maintained. They are leaders in facial department and offer so many wonderful options. My daughter is struggling with skin issues, they offer a great facial with LED treatment that made a huge improvement from the first day. We are completely devoted to Cindy and her staff.

• Cons: I can't afford for us to go every week!

Great place but don't waste your money on the bikini wax....

Completely Bare is a very nice place -- the spa is extremely clean and their staff are professional and friendly. I've been once before to have a Brazilian wax (which I ended up not being able to get through) so this time around I opted for the bikini wax. Don't waste your money on a bikini wax because they practically take nothing off. If you're a wimp like me, opt for the modified Brazilian, pay almost the same price (about 7 dollars difference) and actually get a waxing worth going for.

• Cons: A bit pricey

Really great experience

I just moved to nyc and i was desperately looking for a good place to get a brazilian. I was really nervous bc i've heard about all the bad experiences people have had going to random places so i was asking around and my friend told me she goes to cb spa. So i went and tried it out and i couldn't imagine going ANYWHERE else to get a brazilian wax! The technician who waxed me was so sweet and was actually really cool to talk to during the whole thing. The wax hardly hurts at all atleast compared to other places and it was so quick! I was in and out in 25-30 min. and the wax job was great..I highly reccomend to go here if you're looking for a quick and comfortable wax :))

• Cons: they're not on every block

Best laser hair removal

After waxing for years, I decided to try laser hair removal at completely bare and it's been the best decision i've ever made! They're super nice here, and everything is really clean. I've been going to the location on 5th ave, but have just recently switched to the new location on Bond St. because it's closer to home. Every singe person that's treated me have always been nothing but polite, professional and caring. My results have been amazing- I bearly have to shave and I'm only half way done with my treatment. I highly recommend them!

Bad brazilian!

What a disappointment. If I didn't purchase a package deal, I would not return to this location. Why is it so hard to hire staff who knows what they are doing??? For the $ you pay, it should be perfect.
