Highly, highly recommended

This was a corporate paid move from New York to Baltimore, MD on April 30th of this year. We set everything up through Jennifer on April 15th and went over an inventory list and compared our in home estimates to that list and tweaked it over the next few days. Their quote was a little higher than one of the estimates and considerably lower than the other. We did not compile quotes from any other companies just the 3 mentioned and were pleased with all 3 companies’ level of service but chose New York VIP Movers based on reviews on this website and we also spoke with one of the owners, Mike Lenny. who was pleasant and really walked us through every question one might have pertaining to moving. After the conversation with Mike Lenny we placed our deposit and set the dates. May 29th or 30th with a preferred date of the 30th. Several days before the move we received a confirmation call from Mitchell in the customer care department letting us know that their crew would in fact arrive on the 30th in NewYork to pack and prep what they could and since it was a 3 man crew the entire process would most likely be done in 1 day. Natanel called the day before on the 29th and confirmed he would be there between 8am and 9am the next morning. They showed up a little earlier at 7:45 and did their thing like we couldn't believe and honestly had everything packed and loaded in 7 hours and it were a big shipment. They delivered 4 days later and absolutely nothing was damaged and looked like it had not even been moved at all. These guys are experts in every fashion and when Tim called to ask if we could post our review on their company, we couldn't off been happier to do it. Highly, highly recommended

Great Move!

I made the big move from Hoboken to New York City and was pretty much TERRIFIED about what was going to happen to all my stuff especially my antique furniture. I spoke to Dan on the phone. He assured me that everything was going to be fine and that he would have his guys in and out and into the new place before i knew it. Not only was the crew pleasant to deal with they were lightning fast. They even managed to move my 8 foot breakfronts down 5 flights of stairs and they are HEAVY! Terrific company. Price was right. highly recommend seamens moving!

The movers were courteous & friendly , and for most demonstrated high level of professionalism. Everything was placed where we requested, and the guys were so nice to deal with. They move my two bedroom apartment, And they did it so fast. I was very pleased with their job!!! We were extremely satisfied and will certainly reffer Seamens Moving to our friends.

They all worked as a team , They took the extra care that I needed to assure that my antiques were well guarded . Seamens moving team were terrific , and I appreciate their commitment to quality service .

from beginning to end !!! Seamens Movers were very professional . They carefully wrapped everthing & they load & unload quickly , as we were in a hurry to catch a plane

We were delighted , by the incredibly short delivery time from new-york to Orlando .

When we move again , I will definitely use Seamens Moving and Storage!!!

unprofessional and unreliable

Saleman first told me they could do the job but "needs to get back to me on the exact time" as he "needs to talk to the dispatcher". Two days later (Sat. and Sun.) still could not confirm. Called on Monday and told me he would would get back to me by 5 PM. Just called and someone told me he has left for the day.

Very unprofessioanl.

Seamens Movers were quick to do unload and unpack !!! seamens movers crew were extremely professional !!! Honest Estimates, Great crew to work with

What can I say , These guys were fabulous !!! All our office equipments and computers , were packed well , and delivered efficiently and arrived in perfect condition. They worked for us for 12 hours and I never saw one of them slow down the entire time .they performed very well throughout the process . Everything went very smoothly , Seamens Movers were a bove great !!! HIGHLY RECOMMANDED MOVING COMPANY

The move went great. Seamens Movers crew ,were very professional and worked

hard the whole day through. The handling, wrapping and moving was such an eye opener, it was so well done, efficient and fast. They carefully wrapped, moved, and unwrapped everything !!! I would feel confident recommending Seamens Moving to all my friends and family .
