unprofessional and unreliable

Saleman first told me they could do the job but "needs to get back to me on the exact time" as he "needs to talk to the dispatcher". Two days later (Sat. and Sun.) still could not confirm. Called on Monday and told me he would would get back to me by 5 PM. Just called and someone told me he has left for the day. Very unprofessioanl.
Pros: they did not do the job
Cons: unreliable and unprofessional

I am very sorry to hear of your experience. I would love to know who you spoke with... I am not entirely sure you've left this review on the correct company. However, if you did indeed have this trouble with a Seamens employee, I would like to know their name and take care of it immediately.
If you ever have a problem again, we would like address it. Please ask for David, head of our customer service dept. and report any issues directly to us.
