It's the absolute best value!

I was so excited about going to New York, but I was so worried about the prices of the hotels and such. So after some research, I came across this great little place. I Was skeptical to go w/out seeing it, but I took the risk, and let me tell you! It was the Best decision I've made! The hotel was very clean, in an absolute great part of manhattan! The location makes you feel like a local, There's very little traffic, there is a parking garage, Literally, Across the street! I mean, I thought we were gonna have to subway our suitcases! The building has such an ecclectic feel to it! IT's very charming, the Employees are great! There's a subway station 2 blocks up the road! And, also 2 blocks up, right on the corner is this GREAT little deli/pizzaria/bakery, and they have the best food there! And it's so reasonably priced! So I would without a doubt reccomend this hotel!!! It's the absolute best value!!!!

Perfect

by chappys

Absolutely perfect for our stay. We stayed here for 4 nights and paid roughly 100 bucks a night for a room w/ 2 beds. Manhattan is expensive... so if your doing NYC on a budget... this is the perfect place. If your expecting the Ritz or the Waldorf, you'll be seriously disappointed, but if your expecting a decent place to sleep for a reasonable price, this is it. Shared bathrooms were not a problem, we had 3 bathrooms on our floor and didn't have to wait more that 10 minutes to use one. On a dead end, quiet 71st street, the location is very nice and I felt very safe. Only 2 blocks from the subway and fabulous 71st st. cafe... this hotel might be the best deal in Manhattan!

Can't buy me love

by CircleK

Im going to be frank with all of you, My friends and i are all in college and headed to the big city to see our favorite band perform. Hotel Riverside Studio opened their hearts and fulfilled our needs, this had the perfect price for college students staying their for the weekend. Hotel Riverside Studio was amazing, the staff their let us smoke in the rooms and have a ball with out getting yelled at or anything. I solut the people at the front desk, they were nice, pleasant and generally great people. The rooms were a perfect size for chilling and hanging out. If your looking for a hotel which is cheap then you found your place; people stop looking around and enjoy a weekend in a sick hotel. By the way, i recommend climbing on the roof by the fire escape because the view of the city is amazing; once your on the roof, your worries all seem to dissappear.

love, always moerons.

Priceless!!!

by biggmoneyy

WeI had a great time in New York! we saved money by paying $65/night!! Front desk people were very helpful, especially Shawn. he seems to know a lot about NY, he told us what to do around the hotel and what to look for to be safe and saved us money on subway and Yankees tickets. i don't know what are these people above me talking about!! if you booked with Hotels

com , look and see what you're booking and do your research FIRST!!!! at the time of check in people that booked with other websites were yelling and screaming at front desk agent like it's her fault! she doesn't own the hotel, she just works there!! What you paid is what you get! if you getting it for cheap, there's got to be something wrong. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people that are looking to save money on hotel and spend more out, as you all know NY is expensive!!
