Stand on line, squish next to other mothers with crying toddlers, stand on line some more. Be greeted by surly worker, who is clearly irritated (at me? at their boss?) Order food. Order again because crying baby won't stop crying and mother is now giving me dirty looks. Why? Does she think she should go first because her baby is crying? I left my baby home for a moment to relax, and this ain't it! Horrible!

Cons: rude, surley, narrow cramped ordering line, chaotic
