Terrible service

They use bleach for any kind of colors or delicate cloth. They do not pay enough attention to your request. In your laundry bag you can find other people cloth!!! Above all these great services that they provide, they may loose your laundry bag as well, the case that happend to us. They lost many pounds of our laundry which we have not been compensated yet! WE DO NOT RECOMMAND YOU TO EVEN CONSIDER TO GO IN THEIR STORE FOR THE BENIFIT OF YOUR POCKET BOOK AND YOUR CLOTH.

• Cons: Lost laundry, poor service, don't speak about reliability!!!!!

AMAZING

Baby Girl's is not only sweet and easy to work with, they will go out of their way for you everytime. Poor things have to re-deliver my laundry like twice a week because I am never home when I say. And they never complain about it.

They do my laundry even better than my housekeeper from when I was a little girl! Now that's saying a lot.

Bunch of Incompetents!

I have recieved my laundry back with pink spots all over. It took them two tries and me recommending they take them to another cleaner's to fix the first problem (plus no mention of refund). Since this was the first, I supposed they could have genuinely made a mistake, but they did it again AND bleached out my black undies. To make matters worse, the same thing happened to my roommate's stuff and neither of us got any apology or recompensation. Terrible people!

Not MY underwear!

When dealing with this laundry, I have been consistently disappointed. I receive underwear and sleep wear that is not my own. The employees argue with me when I ask them not to sort my laundry, as I have already sorted the colors from the whites, and then charge me for the sorting that I declined in the first place. Finally, they are absolutely hopeless when it comes to folding. Every shirt is folded a different size, some of the towels are long, some short, some fat and some thin. Don't even ask about sheets. My fitted sheets are returned to me wadded up in a wrinkled mess! My old laundry in Astoria was vastly superior to this washed out Manhattan suds shop.

whites were white and clean. friendly staff, very helpful,open 24 hours. get 10% off wash and fold your first time.price inexpensive. go a couple of times and you will be remembered. owner very kind and helpful.
