Great store

Haven't spotted any celebs here, but it doesn't matter. This place has the best casual-chic menswear in NoLita at a great price range, considering that all the stuff is designed in NY and made in Italy. (I'm not sure about the jeans, though). Giovanni is very friendly and carries the clothes very well, which is always good when you're trying to gauge how the clothes would look on a real person.

niceness in every way

unis jackets are fun to wear. their wool/felt coat is my favorite every year. great store to spot celebs! v. gallo, j. gyllenhaal, d. duchovny etcetc. besides the sales people are hott!!!

great shopping & service

The clothes are cool, i haven't been able to find anything that fits as well as i have here. The salespeople are nice. Not to mention, I saw Kirsten Dunst in there with Donnie Darko.

Its all in the cut

On one of the hippest corners in Nolita, Unis offers stealth cool. The clothes don't grab your attention on the rail, but try this stuff on and the cut is unfailingly impressive, whether a shirt or the way the bottom of some pants break. Each new item I buy never fails to elicite a compliment. And all of this is often at a great price for something you don't see everyone wearing. As far as I am concerned, Unis is one of the best kept secrets in downtown.

Sharp Basics

The clothes here are overpriced, really, given that they're essentially designer basics, but they do have a nice cut to them. Good if you want the chic casual thing.
