Very Pleased - Girlfriend Loved Them

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend - had them delivered to a large office building downtown - they were delivered on time, my girlfriend loved them - she said they were high quality flowers and smelled great (i never saw them). they came in a vase (not a box).

When i ordered it was not a holiday so not sure if the service is the same during busy season...

Failed to deliver on Valentine's Day

Since I had to be away on business, I called four days in advance prior to Valentines Day 2006 to pre-pay an order to have flowers sent to my wife for the holiday. The flowers were never delivered. They said the delivery person called and received no answer from my wife on her cell phone, and they returned the flowers to the store. I checked our cell phone records, and there were no calls from #'s we did not recognize on Feb 14. In fact, she only had two calls, and they were both from me.

BAD BUSINESS-AVOID.

I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

I sent a girl flowers from "A Secret Admirer" for Valentine's Day but they released my name to her. I never felt so humiliated in my entire life. I will never use this florist again.
