You really wont believe this place when you walk in! There is such a friendly atmosphere that welcomes everyone. As soon as you enter you feel welcome and so peaceful! They have built a see thru 800sq foot retractable doome in the back yard which is decorated with all types of plants and fountains. You forget right away that your in the city! To study movement in this environment is such a change from the regular studio in the city, this is a very rare and special place. The trainers are also such experts, all guided under the Master Trainer Billy Macagnone who embodies the spirit of Gyrotonic Pratice!
Pros: thumbs up! Easy to get to, just a few blocks form union sq station!
