horrible cleaning job, horrible service

I would like to give ZERO stars!

I paid $400 to have two small carpets cleaned. I was told this cleaning would take care of the pet stains, etc. The carpets returned with all the same stains and odors as they had before the cleaning.

The company refused to do anything to correct the situation but rather simply back peddled saying that these (very common) pet stains just don't come out.

Worst money spent ever. Stay far away

• Pros: nothing. they promise a lot, charge a lot and then fail to deliver
• Cons: everything.

Best Cleaning

We needed a down to earth company who consisted of easy to work with people. First we tried to rent a Rug Machine from the supermarket, but we will never try that again?.. To make a long story short, the Citiclean Carpet Cleaners were really good to us. The prices were surprisingly competitive and the service was seamless. On time, Professional, Confirmation call, Follow up thank you call, Ect, Ect?? WOW. Very cool guys. Plus we only live in a 1 bed apt but they still seemed to treat us as a very valuable customer. Five Star Company.

My experience with Citiclean was awsome. We needed a quality carpet cleaner but did not know anything about the industry.Their staff were very Honest, Professional and most importantly on-time. We will try them again for other services as well.

Excellent Sofa Cleaning Service

Finding a cleaner to clean my 3 piece sofa set was not easy. There are many companies to choose from. I am fortunate that i decided to give Citiclean a call. I can not get over how beautiful and very clean my set looks. They are very experienced in removing all the stains.

Incredible results

The carpet in my daughter's nursery was in need of an intense cleaning. I like her carpet spotless since she is constantly crawling and playing on it. It is incredible how clean citiclean was able to professionally clean her carpet. Wow ,thanks Citiclean!

Expert Cleaners

Citiclean came to clean the carpet in our school library and two classrooms. The workers were such experts with the cleaning that the carpet is unrecognizeable. It looks like a completely new carpet. He extracted buckets full of filthy water and as a result the carpet dried out beautifully.

Citiclean's number was given to me from a friend of mine. She was happy with their service. The technician which came to clean my carpet was professional and definately very experienced . The equipment he used looked new and was very effective in removing the stains from the carpet.
