A chef comes to client's homes for a personal cooking lesson, teaching everything from Japanese sushi techniques to brunch specialties.

In Short
Seasoned chefs Jennifer Clair, John Scoff, and Melanie Underwood have honed their skills at institutions like Martha Stewart Living and the Plaza Hotel. Now they provide lessons to amateur chefs. For convenience and comfort, instructors teach in clients' own home kitchens. A range of cuisines are offered, and students learn to make dishes as diverse as ricotta gnocchi and roti. For larger parties, instructors help arrange culinary studio rentals.
Wonderful!

Jennifer was great! I recommend this class for beginners or experienced cook. I learned what I wanted with my husband and then let him learn his favorite dish on his own....
A great wedding gift.

We had a great time and learned a lot. Most importantly Jennifer made us feel very comfortable in the kitchen. This was a great kick-start to my wishes to start cooking at home more.
I would recommend her services to
anyone. You can quote me on that.
Great Wedding Gift
by jjacova
Our cooking lesson on Sunday was great. Our menu was rack of lamb with a mustard, bread crumb crust, geen beans almondine, risotto with basil and spinach, and a chocolate
torte. I picked Jennifer up at the Riverdale MetroNorth. She immediately took charge of my kitchen, was so organized and didn't make me feel
dumb asking questions. It was all done in three hours, the food came out delicious and I feel
more excited about trying new recipes and hosting dinner parties. So all in all, this was the best wedding present!
Don't Leave the House!

I loved being able to decide what I wanted to learn and not having to leave my own apartment to do it! It was much more fun for my husband and I to cook together in our own kitchen on our own time. Jennifer was very flexible, and so enthusiastic! The rack of lamb and spinach risotto came out perfectly.
- Pros: cook what i want, learning one-on-one
