I gave nu-train a try, after attemping every fad diet out there... you name I bought it in the "self help" section of my B & N! So needless to say I was skeptical and anxious when making the appointment. Upon arriving to the office, I was greeted by friendly staff and waited no time at all before I met my dietitian, Stephanie Middleberg. She instantly made me feel at ease and came across as very bright! I left the first appointment feeling highly motivated and with a meal plan that would really fit in with my lifestyle and weight loss goals. All of this from my first session! Since then I have been a devoted client, eventhough Finally I am at maintenance!! Stephanie is a great motivator, great listener, and simply fabulous when it came to getting back into that pair of skinny jeans from years ago! Thanks Stephanie!

Wow! This has been anamazing venture. I have to admit prior to getting started I was a bit skeptical b/c of dieting in the past, but coming to see Heather has shed new light on the subject! My weight has dropped nd stayed off now for the last 6 months. I am grateful to her and her cheerleader attitude!

Heather Bauer has changed my perspective on "dieting". She offers healthier alternatives for food choices that I usually make. I never feel restricted in the foods that I eat, this makes it easier to sustain the healthier lifestyle and maintain the weight that I want. Not only is the personalized program great for me, but she is also just so wonderful. She always has such an upbeat and positive approach towards life. It's pleasantly contagious! I would reccomend her to anyone, she obviously has the experience and diversity to make a goal become reality, no matter who the client is. 5 stars*****

I am so lucky to have met Heather. I reached my goal weight quickly and I've been able to maintain it without changing my lifestyle. She offers constant support and is always available. She is approachable, honest, and doesn't make losing weight intimidating.

I have tried so many diets and I have found Heather Greenbaum's approach to dieting to be the best because it focus on lifestyle dieting rather than fads or quick fixes. Since I had tried so many diets in the past - I was skeptical that she would be able to offer me any new insight as I had thought I heard it all before. However, Heather gave me real life strategies for dieting and healthy living. While Heather's strategies are what made me lost weight - it was her role as a motivator which kept me coming back for me more. She not only had an excellent disposition but she is the ultimate cheerleader and motivator.

Heather Greenbaum, Nu-Train, really gives special attention so that as her client, I end up with a plan that works with my needs and tastes. She's got tons of great tips for turning otherwise boring food into stuff I look forward to. She's really supportive when I've fallen of the wagon (which is rare, due to her daily feedback) and knows how to make a fresh start the new day. I wish I could send all my friends to her.

I lost 40 pounds with Nu-Train, and I'll never be heavy again. Unlike other plans that teach you how to diet, this plan teaches you how to eat so that you lose weight and keep it off without any crazy restrictions. I eat out, I order in, I live my life! I know a ton of people on Atkins and Weight Watchers, and as soon as they eat carbs again or stop counting points, they gain all their weight back. I learned how to lose and maintain my weight while still eating carbs and healthy foods that I love. No counting - no measuring - no pre-packaged food. Thank you, Heather!!

Ms. Greenbaum is genius! I lost 8 pounds in 3-weeks without making the radical changes to my diet that other nutritionists have tried to make in the past. Energy, confidence, and attitude have all improved as well.
