I went for the first time with a "trial" coupon. I was the only person at the class. Prior to the class, I was not told about any rules regarding what happens if only one person signed up for the class and ended up paying twice as much for one class. The manager said at one point, they would reimburse me due to the misunderstanding, but then an hour later, called me to tell me that the owner refused to reimburse me. When I spoke with the owner, she yelled at me and told me that she was not in the business of giving out free classes just because there was obviously a miscommunication between myself and the staff members. She put me on speakerphone so "everyone" could hear what I had to say. After I said my peace, she picked up and said she understood that perhaps her staff should have explained things better but that she had already paid the instructor and my money went to paying for her. The owner had the gall to say that the money I paid "should be used to pay for the rent and other bills". Rather than trying to appease my dissatisfaction and the error on her staff's part, she said that she didn't care if I didn't refer her studio to others because she knows that she has the best prices in town and people would sign up for her classes because of that. then she essentially hung up on me. As great as the deal of $25 may be, definitely not worth the humiliation and bad treatment I received. I've been taking pilates for over 5 years now. YOU CAN DO BETTER. STAY AWAY! Also, 1) they charged me a surcharge that they were not suppose to charge. and 2) it's clear that while perhaps the instructors are good, the studio doesn't care about the clients or even the instructors but rather only making money.
Cons: Cramped rooms. Dangerous where the machines were only about a feet apart from other.
