We just wanted to drop you a note and let you know how much we like Virginia. There were a few days where the situation in our apartment was not the best for our dog and Virginia called us right away to alert us that our dog was unhappy. We were able to come home and take care of the issues and make sure our puppy had a healthy and happy day. Also, our puppy Sophie really loves Virginia, when she sees her she gets super-excited! Thanks again

Jordan, I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how happy my wife and I (and of course our puppy Caitlyn) are with Petaholics and Caitltn's dog walker, Natasha Brown. We all very much appreciate the dedicated service of your company and Natasha. In as much as both my wife and I work we are especially grateful for Natasha's flexibility and assistance in taking Caitlyn to the groomer and to the veterinarian. The best thing about Petaholics is the peace of mind you get knowing that your pet will never go without care. When our dog walker got sick unexpectedly, Jordan personally met me at the office to grab a set of keys so that he could take care of Teddy. We can go to work confident that Teddy will get the attention a 7 month old puppy needs during the day. And when he hasn't been feeling well, Katie has taken the time to clean him up and let us know immediately so that we can take him to the vet. She even offered to take him to get checked out if needed. Katie has been conscientious in her care for Teddy and I know that Teddy responds well to her daily visits. It's great to come home at the end of the day and read the notes about Teddy's afternoon walk and know that he had a great time. Without Petaholics we would have found it difficult to welcome this new little guy into our lives!

Petaholics is the only dog-walking, pet-sitting service I know that is proactive, follows-through, professional-to-the-bone and super friendly! Keeping me informed and up-to-date with email reminders about upcoming holidays, key-services or fees, makes me more relaxed about in my communication with them because I know in advance what to expect. This professionalism gives me confidence as opposed to other companies or individual walkers who tell me about fees or schedule changes "after the fact." It has also been a great surprise to find the walkers I've met to be extremely friendly, accommodating and caring towards my pets.The memo pads are the icing on the cake-- what an adorable touch to come home and read a little "report" on how Teddy's walk was!

Pros: Great Service! Always Reliable, worth the extra money.

We love the peace of mind that Petaholics gives us when we have to leave our cat. He loves his visits from Dave and Christine! They leave us helpful notes about how their visits went, and we come home to a happy cat every time!

I contacted this service twice -- once by phone and once by email. almost a week later, I have yet to receive a response. I would never trust a service to take care of my cats that can't be bothered to return a message.

I have been a Petaholics client, well my dog Maggie has been a client for almost a year. I have been very satisfied with the service and the promptness of the dog walker who takes care of Maggie. Jordan has been very accommodating of providing me a walker for Maggie on days where I need to change the walk schedule due to work or personal conflicts. Maggie is a difficult dog to walk, as she is very skittish, so finding a suitable dog walker could have been quite the challenge. However, Jordan made sure to have the walker meet Maggie first before accepting the job to ensure that the relationship would work. I would recommend Petaholics to anyone looking for a responsible dog walking service with a very professional staff.

I am writing this letter to share my appreciation for the services provided by Petaholics. More specfically, I was impressed with the professionalism and care expressed to my dog and I. I have been a client since I got Harley at the age of six weeks. Prior to my dogs first outing, Jordan arranged a meeting for a dog walker and I. During our meeting, I mentioned that my dog was difficult and teething badly. He completely understood and told me not to worry. Later that week he mentioned in his report that he brought his gardening gloves. The candid humor and attention to detail given to my pet is stellar. My work schedule is unpredictable and Petaholics has been very accomodating, whenever I have a schedule change, or need to give my dog medicine at a different time, someone is always there to assist me. I am left worry free about the welfare of my pet, and this is a difficult task to accomplish.\

I am writing this letter as a recommendation of the services of Petaholics, LLC., as a pet care service provider based in New York City, NY. I began using Petaholics dog walking services in 2005 on a limited basis. Since that time, my confidence in Petaholics has grown to a point where I now rely on its dog walking services daily and its overnight services occasionally when I travel. Based on my interaction with Petaholics, I have been extremely pleased with the quality of service provided by the company. Our dog walker comes to our apartment every day on time and, without exception, leaves a note describing the walk and how our dog behaved. Refreshingly, we have not had any issue with billing or reliability of the services, and our dog eagerly awaits the walker. In addition, the several occasions where we used the overnight services have gone smoothly without any problems. The only drawback is the dog may like its walker more than it likes me! In addition to the quality of the aforementional qualities, the employees of Petaholics are simply enjoyable professionals to interact with- undoubtedly a characteristic that should be appreciated by potential clients seeking reliable pet care in NYC. I am pleased to recommend Jordan and his company, Petaholics. Jordan and his staff have walked my dachsund Rufus, for a few years and they have proven to be kind, trustworthy, and extremely reliable. Jordan is also a dog trainer and has done a great job with teaching Rufus a few important tricks! His website petaholics, is also user-friendly and very helpful. I would not hesitate to refer Jordan and his team to anyone who cares about their pet."
