After reading all the other reviews about how bad the food is I feel so lucky that we never got served here!!!! We entered the restaurant and were told by the manager to sit wherever we wanted to. 10 minutes later after trying to get a waitress' attention 3 times she finally came over and asked us what we wanted and when we said we wanted menus she told us that we only get menus if we were seated by the hostess and the waitress didn't want to give us menus. So we left and on the way out thanked the manager for nothing!!
USED to be one of my fave neighborhood spots
by sheriboberry
I used to go here at least once a month because it was one of my most fave places to eat. But, the last few times I've gone, its been extremely disappointing. My visits are occurring more like several months between instead of several weeks. One of my fave things was that they have Chimay on tap. The last 3 or 4 times I"ve gone the tap has either been broken or out or the distributor isn't very good. They say its very popular...well if its so popular it should be fixed more. They also are changing their menu and don't have things on their menu anymore. But, they have not updated their menu to reflect these changes. Three rounds of ordering before I got to something they still served. Their Kobe burger was one of my favorite things on the menu. So, since they were out of the other things, I went to my standby favorite. It was ok, not like usual. But, what was odd was its shape...it seemed too perfectely preformed in a perfect circle shape. This makes me think things are not hand-made. I know the final thing that sent me over was a personal pet peeve of mine. I absoltely hate to use the gigantic take home cartons when your takehome food is small enough to fit inyour pocket. Your food tumbles around the container like coins in the dryer making a gigantic mess. Also, it is a horrible waste to the environment for such a little item. I always ask for foil or wrap. I emphasized that I DID NOT want a container. So, it came back to me in a gigantic container. Even in those few feet travelling from the kitchen, my lilliputian leftover burger & its toppings were sprawled all over this goliath container like roadkill splattered all over the highway. I've kept going because of the Chimay on tap...but since they are so negligent with keeping it on tap I think I will nix it off my list.
FABULOUS EATERY!!
by gourmeteatwell
WOW! I ate at the Brasserie 360 with three friends, and we had a fabulous time. The cocktails and the drinks sharpened our appetites. We indulged in some exquisite starters: tuna tartar, trio kobe sliders, vegetable spring rolls, and spinach dip. We couldn't decide which one was best--they were all excellent. For the main course, we had the Atlantic salmon, the Herb cruste lamb chops, the Saffron seafood risotto, & the Marinated skirt steak with baby arugula. The service and the attention were awesome. The maitre'd and the servers were extremely attentive and accommodating. The personal attention from the new manager made us feel like celebrities. The food came right away and was steaming hot and delicious. Also, the ambience was charming and festive--we loved it! With our orders, we had a delicious French Shiraz-Domaine Solitude 2004 wine, which we highly enjoyed. To finish off a wonderful dinner, we tried some excellent desserts. Their homemade creamy cheesecake was fresh and delicious. We dare to say it surpasses the Cheesecake Factory in texture and freshness. Their homemade Tiramisu cake is comparable to any fine Italian patisserie. We highly recommend this restaurant!
- Pros: Great food, Excellent Service, Top location
- Cons: no complaints here
Truly henious staff, sub-par food.

SO disappointing. Took out of town guests here expecting a nice dinner at a nice restaurant . First, they were completely out of the moderately priced french wines. What??! It's supposed to be a French restaurant, but we had to order a more expensive bottle of zinfandel from Chile. Then our spinach dip comes out cold with stale, gross chips that look like they've come out of the bottom of a tostidos bag. Meanwhile, our waitress is being very rude and unhelpful. So we ask to see the manager- who proceedes to unapologetically get in our faces, and blame US for not telling him about the chips sooner. I kid you not - Him: "if you didn't like the chips then why did you EAT THEM???" Us: "UM we didn't!" It was an overall heinous experience. Plus, there are much, much better brasseries all over town. Go somewhere else!
A Disaster on a French Epic Scale

I was greeted at the Brasserie 360 by a hostess who barely spoke a lick of English. As I asked for a window seat, my menus were slapped down on a table right next to a coffee area. I then had the pleasure of seeing whom i assumed to be the male manager telling a worker and I quote, "move b**ch." Quite a start... My waitress, a lovely girl named Katherine ( I think that was her name) was sweet and available for anything we needed. Then came the food! Yikes! I have never in my years of eating Ahi Tuna seen it come in a purple shade. I ate the accompanying parts to the meal, but in fear of a stomach virus, avoided the tuna entirely. I finsihed my meal though with a lovely apple pie recommended by our waitress. As I was leaving the restaurant, I spoke to the male manager paytrus ( I believe) about the quality of the fish and he seemed to care less and in fact was yelling at me. Not to accuse someone of something that i do not know for sure, but this manager had a fine white powder under his nostril. Given his unpredictable attitude with us, who knows what this man was on. Fortunately this restaurant has such a cute friendly staff and ambience, it's a shame the food and management could nit rise to the servers level of profeesionalism. i in fact just signed on to this site so that hopefully someone in higher management can fix these small problems.
- Pros: service , locale
- Cons: idiot management, BAD food
loud loud loud

We sat in the main dining room and with just a table for 2, the sound got so loud, we had to read lips at one point. The crab cake entree is $20 for two mediocre crabcakes. It's a great spot for people watching but watch out for some high priced menu items.
- Pros: good location
- Cons: loud
Awesome Kobe Burger!!!
by bradshaw20
I spent this past Saturday in NYC with a few friends. After doing some shopping at Bloomingdales we decided to grab a late lunch at the Brasserie 360 right across the street. The menu was very broad and full of great appetizer, salad, sandwich, seafood, and meat selections. The liquor and wine choices were extensive with something for everybody. I personally couldn't pass up the the Kobe burger for only $15. I had paid over $30 in the past for one of these infamous burgers. The one at the Brasserie 360 was 100 times better at less than half the price. It was cooked perfect and was very juicy and flavorful. The service was above average. Our waitress was very attentive and pleasant, we didn't have to wait long for anything. Overall, we all had a great dining experience. This is coming from group of people that have worked many years in the restaurant business and are often a little too critical. I guess that's why I am taking the time to write this. The only thing I could realy get them on is that there was a broken faucet in the men's bathroom.
Terrible Food good location

Wow, out with my girlfriend last night walking past Brasserie 360 when she recalled a nice meal she had eaten here in the past.
It was about 10pm so we ordered some very basic food - 2 Onion Soups, and a Steak Tartar.
The Soup was cold and a strange tomato flavor, very little onion and the top of toasted bread with cheese had not recently been toasted.
NOTE - There is a better French Onion soup in the frozen section of Trader Joe's.
The Steak Tartar was grey which was a concern; then as i put the first bite in my mouth i realize it had not been ground or chopped finely so i got a large piece of raw unseasoned meat. That was the best bite as before the next I examined it and found a smallish piece of meat with a large piece of fat attached.
Needless to say we sent the steak tartar back but replaced it with a safe Vegetable Spring rolls.
Who knew you serve spring rolls with mayonnaise and when asked for hot sauce you receive Tabasco!
This isn?t a diner it gives the impression of upscale restaurant but fails to deliver on an epic scale.
Anyway by far my worst food experience in New York there is far better establishments within a block so i suggest you walk away from Brasserie 360.
