best wings I ever had

Friends and I were surprised that there was such a big menu. Buffalo wings were just the right amount of spicy. We had no problem staring at the bartender the whole time who was actually very accomodating. I was busy looking at her skirt area and below didn't even realize that we were getting our second round free til after we left, pretty dope that they do a buy one get one on most.

• Pros: wings, bartender's skirt
• Cons: bar a little hidden, in an area I wouldn't notice

cool hang with cool staff who know about sh.t,i drank for free at my party always great prices on all drinks every day for happy hour or late nite,try the food its great and cheap,good place any time,except for former a hole s who used to hang there

Bad Company

I was getting drunk in this bar a few weeks ago with one of my buddies. We were talking to these girls until the cook and his friend interrupted us and somehow got the chicks to hang with them. Obviously there was no manager around if the cook was out drinking and hanging out with customers instead of working in the kitchen. We ordered food it was ok, but again I was drunk. We got the bill and were UNpleasantly surprised at how much it was. $6 mugs of beer was ridiculous!!!! It wasn't even a pint ! The bathrooms were gross. When I told the bartender she said "I don't do bathrooms". I wouldn't go back to this place even if the gave me a free bar tab ! I would rather get a ticket for pissing in the street than step foot back in that bathroom.I would compare it to a porta potti.Ladies beware!

water'd down drinks/bad service/no business

Hey guys, I hate to write a bad review because usually I do not have many bad experiences at bars. Maybe its because im not a tourist and I know which bars to go to though. wink! Anyways, a quick run down of the bar would be a very small quiet bar, small kitchen in the back very dirty from the small window I could see through, no custumors @ all. Ive been twice just to see if it really lived up its terrible rep..and it did..except the second time I spent a total of $130 and didnt even walk out with a buzz, when I asked a friend of mine that actually told me about the bar, he replied..oh dont drink the vodka the owner pours water into them because he can't afford the rent.

I'm sorry folks, but this place needs to simply be shut down..you cannot continue to deliver terrible service and poor quality drinks and food to people just because you cannot afford your rent.

at least clean the place up a little bit..I saw a young man spew on the bar and the bartender did NOTHING to clean it up, had one of their friends help out to help scrape the throwupp over near the glasswear so nobody could see it.

absolutely disgusting. do not waste your time. old staff, old owner, old crappie business.

THE OLD BAR MANAGAR LIVES UP STAIRS AND IS A COKE DEALER . and the majority of the losers in there are scumbag druhggies. f-ck, im tellin all you out there that need a quick fix, COMOPANY IS WHERE ITS AT! the owner is NEVER there and the bartenders dont know sh-t about whats going on nor do they care!!! ahaaaaaaaaa i love this sch-t man!

Kick-ass Kitchen, Service on the Rise

As I've stated many a time, if you are reading this review, drop everything and head to Company. Then buy food. Don't know what to get? Get the Fried Ravioli. Also, the bar service is the best it's been in months! Stop reading; start commuting!

• Pros: Greatest fried ravioli ever, VERY attractive young ladies behind the bar

was served a dead baby roache in my shot of expensive scotch

I randomly stumbled into this bar on a weekend night because it was the only bar in the area that wasnt packed out. There were about 6 guys including myself and we only had about an hour left to drink so we decided to go all out, afterall it was vacation. Anyway I asked the bartender if she could pour us 6 shots of Glenlivet and to my surprise they actually had it...what I would soon find out is, they never ever has customers order it, so our bottle hadn't been poured in months or something..she gave us the shots and mine, yes mine, the one buying all these shots, has a dead baby roache in the bottom. I was so disgusted but the boys had already taken their shots so i felt i shoudl still pay. I told the bartender and to my surprise she literally replied word for word "you are like the 6th person to have a bugg in your whiskey, maybe its a whiskey bugg" then a "regular" customer (apparently) wobbled over to me and my friends and told us that if we were scared of a little roache in our drink not to look in the kitchen because there were ratzz back there. we decided to grab a round of BOTTLED beers (that way they couldnt be tainted) and get the hell ouf there. hahahaha at least it added to our hilarious experiences that night in NEW YORK CITY!! yeeeeeyah!

• Pros: not busy at all, so no wait for a drink
• Cons: buggs in ur drink

this bar is filthy - they fill their liquor bottles with cheap liquor and water it down!!!! dirty bar

live aroudn the corner and been going to this bar a lot recently. i usually go nights because nobody is ever there during the day, went in a little earlier one day and saw the OWNER filling up the whiskey bottles, im talking he had JACK daniels on the ground of the dirty bar, and was funneling Evan williams into it or some other well wiskey. i watched him try to hide behind the cute little bartender while he filled multiple bottles, among them Jameson, Jim beam, and makers. i mean how do you fill jameson for gods sake?? Once he was done putting the bottles back on the shelf to be sold at they're normal top shelf prices (f'd up i know) i waited for him to leave to ask the bartender what the hell was going on, but obviously she had been instructed not to answer the question, so she politely ignored the question and asked if i wanted a different drink other than the ones i had just seen the OWNER fill up. come to find out, he also waters down the vodkas!

the bar is already so dirty and nasty, but upon seeing that i quit going in there. i reccomend you do the same. too many bars in the east village to chose from to include this one as a destination!

• Pros: NONE filthy bar that fills liquor bottles
• Cons: EVERYTHING. watered down vodka (literally)

Good bar food, Nice Bartenders

I'm not a native New Yorker, but I have been trying out different bars since I moved to the city and I have to say I was impressed with the food at Company. Normally I find most bar food greasy and can only be taken in when completely hammered...but the Chicken strips and Fries were great. Not too greasy at all. My friend had a burger which looked tasty, as she said it was. Neither of us felt sick afterward! I also like the setup... it's really chill and easy going in there. It's good for like a 4th date, test out if your girl is high maintenance or not. As for the staff, I think it's mostly girls, and of the ones I've seen were pretty....one was fast with everything and really sweet when I went on a Saturday night....one guy I saw working was very attentive and had good music playing... It's a good bar if you live around the area.

• Pros: edible food, cool bartenders, nice setup
• Cons: ...nothing really

Laid-back and very entertaining

I've been to this spot a few times, and each time is better. I give it 4 and a half (they wont let you do half a star up there tho) only reason it's not a 5 is cause the toilets are always having issues with flushing... I like going during the happy hour because it's not as crowded as Friday or Saturday night...and the bartender that works on the weekends is funny and really cute. But even on the busy nights it's a lot of fun because everyone seems to know each other and if you just meet one person you pretty much know everyone by the end of the night. That doesn't mean you can't just sit and chill out if you're looking to just relax...but like I said it's better to go to this bar during Happy Hour if you want to watch the game and ...you know..talk to the hot bartender. :) Plus they always have some kind of 2 for 1 special.

• Pros: Atmosphere, cute bartender, 2 for 1s
• Cons: bathroom a little weird
