Dinner to Clubbin'

Came here last weekend for my girlfriends graduation celebration…The food was pretty good, the service-not bad either...

We had a good table that was comfortable for our large party. We went later in the evening knowing that it turns into a club. Our folks were in for a surprise because they weren’t prepared for the restaurant to go full scale club toward the end of our late dinner (10:15pm or so).

My gf and our friends partied till the early morning. Good times.

TAJ IS MORE THEN A PLACE TO PARTY! CHRIS IS THE MAN HANDS DOWN! THE MUSIC IS ALWAYS ON POINT, THE BAR STAFF IS COOL! OVERALL THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! ITS GOOD TO PARTY WITH THE GROWN AND SEXY! NO DRAMA JUST A PLACE ABOVE THE REST!

Great Place to Take friends you known for a well. Pricey drinks. The food is good. So good I took my personal trainer, Lopez from midtown personal trainers with me.

Recently went here the other day with some friends for a night out on with some friends and had the Madras Jerk lamb chop which was AMAZING i also tried the spiced wings which were also pretty good.

NBC Event at Taj Lounge

Storm PR Agency & I recently organized an event for NBC's new reality show "The Great American Health Challenge NYC" and I decided to contact Taj Lounge via my A good friend. I always loved Taj Lounge but I never hosted and event there. I must say, I am glad I chose this venue. They ambiance is incredible. Their Asian inspired decor sets the mood just right. When you walk in it is obvious that the staff loves the venue just as much as the people they tend to daily. The management was very attentive and made sure that every detail of my plan was executed precisely. I have coordinated and hosted many events and this was by far the best event to date. Taj lounge was even gracious enough to help me find a liquor sponsor for my event. It doesn't get much better than that. If you are looking to make a good impression and have a successful event at a classy manhattan lounge...... I would definitely suggest working with Taj lounge. Wat a great spot to party at. the music was good, the appetizers were tasty especially the taj spice wings, my friends n i ordered drinks n they were all mixed very well, the bouncers let us stand on the couches unlike other places in the city. lets just save wen the nght was ova i did get home safely. :) cant wait to go back next thursday

l love Taj lounge because the simply have the best deals on bottles in comparison to other venues. my friends and i booked with them to celebrate our graduation and they offered us 2 bottles of Ciroc for $350 including tax and gratuity. I personally thought that was bomb b/c 1 bttle alone was 375; and the best part of all was that they let us select the Ciroc flavors which usually cost more. The bottle host were soo cute they were dressed up and brought us sparklers, i loved it, i loved it, i loved it!

I went to taj this saturday and i had a really good time. a few of us came early so that we could have dinner before the late night. dinner was pretty good...we mostly had drinks and apps tho. for late night i did bottle service and had a few more friends join me. We got sparklers and everything....our waitress was BEAUTIFUL!! I'll def be back

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE/ NOT WORTH THE LINE OR TIME

I have never written a review and after my experience at Taj Lounge I feel I should put others on notice:

If you are planning to celebrate a birthday here, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The promotor I was in contact with (CRIS A.C.) promised me a bottle of champagne, free entry (no waiting on line for my guests) etc. I get there.. I, THE BIRTHDAY GIRL, had trouble getting in. He was not the professional and accommodating individual he set out to be. Many of my guests could not get in (some were even told there was no guest list under my name).

Also, the bouncers were VERY rude and line was poorly managed. The drinks were around 10 + and not strong at all. The decor was nice, but other than that, not a good experience. I would not consider this a classy establishment, and would not recommend it to anyone
