My body looks in shape

I have been to 15 sessions or so, and I can already see changes in my body - getting leaner in and around the abs, legs and thighs. I now have more defined arm and back muscles. It also clears your mind and helps to reduce stress. If you never tried Pilates, give it a shot, I'm happy I did!

I loved Park East Pilates from my very first visit, over 4 years ago.
The teachers are professional and the studio is very welcoming. I have enjoyed one-on-one sessions as well as the group classes. Unlike classes elsewhere, groups here are limited to 4, so they aren't intimidating - and actually are a lot of fun.
Park East Pilates has helped me tone up and I even grew over an inch from all the stretching. Fantastic!

This is a beautiful studio with really wonderful, friendly teachers. Before my wedding in 2005, I trained 3 times a week and underwent a total body transformation. I felt so strong and lean on my wedding day. Now I am back at the studio after the birth of my baby. Pilates has helped me to regain the strength of my pre-baby body! I feel so energized after a session and highly recommend Park East Pilates for a new body!

Best Pilates Studio in New York!

Even as a beginner I found the environment of the studio to be warm and inviting, as are all the instructors. I'm truly pleased with my entire experience at Park East Pilates and recommend this studio to all my friends. They offer a ten week program that is completely worth the commitment. I still cant believe the results!
- Pros: The instructors are incredible and willing to work with my schedule, studio is clean with a great ambience and the location is convenient.
- Cons: Can't really think of any.
Life-changing Pilates!

I stumbled into Park East to try Pilates for the first time, totally nervous about the experience, but I couldn't believe how great it was (and how quickly my body changed). The studio, which doubles as an art gallery, is elegant and clean, and the instructors are incredibly credentialed (and so patient with beginners). I've since dragged all of my friends there and we're clients for life.
- Pros: One-on-one instruction in a private studio
- Cons: Schedule fills up quickly!
