how helpful, how patient the staff; how non-stressful the regiment especially as I am a typical New Yorker w/ little time to add another day-to-day stop to my routine. Overall, Core Pilates' staff is the reason to go -- they are simply extremely inspirational and their enjoyment and enthusiasm of the process is contagious.
