Douglas is great! He really listened to me and helped me decided what I wanted for my fiancees engagement ring. He explained everything about buying a diamond and making a setting. I had no clue what to do. The ring turned out amazing. I also found that their prices were the lowest. But even if they weren't, I'd pay more for the product and service I got.

Amazing jewelry. Marisa is there herself and she's super-friendly and helpful. I hope my boyfriend checks this place out before making any decisions! :)

The best customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable. The designers will work personally with you. Located in SOHO NY.
Pros: Ambience, variety, quality.
Cons: You'll want everything in the shop!
