Hundreds of 5-star ratings lined up one after the other with cookie-cutter testimonials. Am I supposed to believe that all these reviews come from happily-employed NYBS graduates, each of them singing its praises on a single web site within days or even hours of each other?
I'm actually glad I ran across this pathetic astroturfing, because it saved me a phone call to inquire about the trial classes. No way I'd bother signing up with a company that tries to pull lame stunts like this.
NYBS staffers, you may proceed to copy-paste your standard rebuttal below.

Review sites are good and extremely helpful for consumers. The problem begins when they are used unethically! They say the pen is mightier than the sword! But one must consider the source! Anyone can be a critic nowadays, and it is easy when that critic can be anonymous! The fact is, the only way one can determine if there is any truth in a review (GOOD or BAD) is to carry out your own research! To do that one MUST visit each school! We would NEVER suggest you sign up to OUR school BEFORE visiting and sitting in on a class, talking to the students, and then visiting ALL the other bartending schools. Our trial class simply allows one to see our facilities as well as experience an hands-on class! We do recommend that you then go and COMPARE the quality of training and the facilities of EVERY other school!
As for the standard 'Rebuttal' - it is obvious that this is not your first posting! But that is okay, we understand!
