I had been to many nutritionists before and was never as impressed as I was after my first session with Food Trainers. Lauren created a diet plan that was tailored exactly to my needs and wasn't hard to keep. The knowledge of the staff is endless and they are really informed and up to date on all the latest information.

Pros: Very clear diet plan, Very private, Well educated staff
